Be very, very, very careful with the lady running this charity. I love this place but the lady that’s running. It is a devil I bought a car and they advertised it with a picture. Turns out that picture is not true. The card does not have free Supercharging on a Tesla, I told her I wasn’t gonna buy it so she told me she was gonna throw me out of the auction so I did give the deposit but I told her I was gonna contact my lawyer so she returned my money and kick me out of her auction, these are very, very bad there I need to talk to the owner or the person in charge of the charity to fix this. The second thing she did was I made a mistake of $20 on another card that I bought and she would not let me take it until the $20 was paid , she’s very very mean then I bought another car. They had a title in their hand that says the car had 380,000 miles on it but they put down on eBay. The car has 0 miles but they knew the miles because they had the title in her hand , that’s how dishonest they are then I bought another car. They told me the grill was in the car and it wasn’t and they blamed my tow truck driver then I bought another car from them and it was Salvage and I can prove it. I have the print out from the DMV but they let me go on that one, but I love these people, but I can’t stand that lady , I need somebody to contact me to get me back into the auction. They have kicked me out of my eBay status to buy here and I had my account with eBay for 20 years. The lady that’s running. It is terrible. Be careful with this charity. they do some dishonest things and I can prove everything...

I had to leave a review after I read some of the negative ones. First of all this place is not for crybabies, its not a dealership, nobody is going to bring you coffee and hold your hand while they walk you to your car..its an auction you read the listing, bid , win go pick up your vehicle and go home. I've bought at least 7 or 8 cars from here. All bmw's all at very good prices. You have to know what your buying and expect the unexpected. I think Gia is awesome. She's a no bs type of lady as she should be its a business not a hobby. Go in show your pick up number pay Gia, take your paper work outside and wait. All the guys running around outside are busy. They know why your there get outta there way. And when someone asks you for your paperwork show him and hell get your car. The keys are in the car get it and get outta there. That's it. Super easy. I've never once had a single issue. I've actually showed up about 15mins before they closed on a Friday and Chris was there he got it done and I was outta there in 10 mins . Im picking up a car today. My advice is know what yiur bidding on. Fake bids bot bids are part of the game get over it. Get there as early as possible have your pick up number snd know your balance dont forget the auction fee. And thats it. If your feelings are easily hurt then buying cars online is not for you. And everybody over there keep doing...

Do not do business with this company. Ebay auctions are fixed, they cancel bids without reason. Let me elaborate on my experience per your response: I have been a long time user of ebay since the 90's with an excellent standing. I have placed bids on your auctions in the past without them being canceled. In the final hours of my bidding for the vehicle. My bid was canceled without a link to and explanation why my bid was canceled. I had placed bids on this vehicle several days prior to the close of the auction for the vehicle.
