Whata Lotta Pizza — Restaurant in Orange

5-17-24. At 12pm. Excellent experience with the front guy. Terrible experience with the manager if he could be called manager. Here are the details. They have a hand washing station sink on the front. I asked the front guy if I could wash my hands. He said yes. As I was washing my hands the manager if he was the manager came from the back and started complaining that i couldn't wash my hands in the hand washing sink. I told him i got permission from the front guy. Then he went into an argument saying that next time i was not allowed to wash my hands. I told him you need to discuss that with your employee. Don't treat customers like that. Put a note on your sink wall saying that no customer is allowed to wash their hands. I have come to this pizza place for more than 10 years. Never had a single a bad experience with no one. I asked him to apologize. He refused. And gave me a refund for my pizza and soda. Worse customer service/quality/dinning experience I've ever had, 1st because after I ordering my pizza (Repeatedly re-iterating my preference of topping/size/type) upon arriving approx 8-10min later then expected, I picked it up and exited with what I ordered via to driving to via the worse traffic/road work almost impossible to get into the shopping center they're located in upon a cursory inspection of my order I immediately notice pineapple on my deluxe large pizza, And inquire about that undesired/unwanted topping so the employee begins to pick each piece of pineapple on the pizza (refusing to replace/remake what I had actually ordered thinking just removing said pieces of pineapple would solve this (unconcerned/maybe too brain Dead to realize that the pineapple juice had literally soaked into the pizza already and that just removing the pineapple would correct my order. This pizza is inexpensive, but delicious. Yes, there are fancier pizzas out there for sure, but sometimes you just want something that's freaking tasty and Whata Lotta doesn't disappoint. Our go-to is extra cheese and half pepperoni. If you're looking for a pizza that will give you one epic cheese pull, this is it!
