Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Orange

I ordered the cheesesteak with steak, cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, and grilled onions. I didn’t see at the top that “all sandwiches include lettuce and tomato”.

When I got it I told them I didn’t want the lettuce and tomato. The asked me what I wanted them to remove. I told them to remove the lettuce and tomato. Instead of doing the thing I said, I got a sandwich with only steak and cheese.

I told them it was wrong and they fixed it.

As I ate, they began to close. I sat there quietly eating and had two bites left when they kicked me out of the place. I said “I just have a few bites. Can I have three minutes?” They said no.

After incompetence that I thought was impossible, they then demonstrate that they care nothing for making minor, reasonable accommodations that should be made without question.

I honestly don’t know how the place is still in business. I haven’t had service that poor...

I don't often have so bad of a dining experience that I'll never go back, but this place is god-awful. First, the food tastes bad. I've had many cheesesteaks in my life, but this was the most disgusting one I took a bite into. And that was after they screwed up my order & remade it. The young lady up front was rude as hell and open called me spanish curse words to her cook (thinking I don't know any spanish). So there was poor service, rude employees, unclean restaurant (no table was clean), and awful tasting food, I must say this is the worst place to get food at the Outlets of Orange. Avoid...

At 4:55 I went to Charlie’s and as Desiree was taking my order Isaiah whispered into her ear not to give me the mall discount. Soon I asked why he whispered into her ear not to give it to me and decided to play dumb. I feel discriminated against them all for no reason and this is not the first time and I hope it’s the last time. I am 15 years old and him as an assistant manager acts like a five year old girl. Not only that after I am receiving my fries and walking out him and his little buddies are laughing. I hope you all do better this is not Orange Mall...
