I was shopping with my daughter today and after a couple hours of looking for just the right loafers, we finally found some at this NR That she loved So I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got to the front, they couldn’t find a price tag. After 20 more minutes of waiting around while someone tried to figure out what to do (There was a guy checking Inventory for Michael Kors shoes to try to find the price.) There was some commotion and then they printed out some tags and said the price was $165 And it was a shoe that was brought over from Nordstrom accidentally. Something told me this was not legit but we’d been shopping for hours trying to find just the right loafer. I paid and we left and then went to the Brea NR By my daughters home and talked to a lady named Chris/Kris there. She was amazing! She looked up the number that was slapped on the loafer at the Orange store and pulled the image from Nordstroms up on her computer. It was a totally different loafer!! Then she dug down finding the right people (The manager in the shoe area and a manager over the store) and figured out how to handle this situation. In the meantime, my daughter went to the shoe area and found multiple boxes of these exact shoes! ($99) Chris really helped out and I got my money back, but I just have to say that If I had not gone there and followed my hunch and insisted on seeing the loafer online- etc… I would’ve been charged that extra $65 and no one would have known. Read moreRacism at its best!!!! Hateful! Disgusting! Horrible treatment! We went in on 03/30/24 looking for a sweater for. my grand daughter. It had rained on and off all day. There was a rug to wipe your feet on important entering the store. The wet floor sign was in front of the exit door, but there was a trail of water after the rug from customers coming in. My grand daughter slipped and fell really hard! No one (from Nordstrom)showed any concern or interest in trying to see if she was ok or get help or wiping the water up. One customer that was directly behind her checkbto see if she was ok and stayed with us a few minutes checking on her. I had the yell to onenof the cashiers if we can get some help. At the time she was dazed and couldn't get up. Finally the assistant manager Robert Newson showed up with another woman who was clearly very annoyed that we were even in the store! She was very nasty, very disgusting individual. Not once did she even ask if she was ok! Neither did he. We were treated so bad. There was no incident report we could fill out. All information was taken on the back of a receipt! They have lost a faithful customer! Nordstrom Rack of the outlet of Orange will never get a d8me out of me nor my family again. Honestly the way we were treated, I'm pretty sure they could care less! Read moreWow, Norsdtroms rack has turned into Walmart when it comes to customer service. Even worse than Walmart because Walmart actually has more than one register doing returns and refunds cash for atm purchases. Now Nordstroms Rack has a returns counter with ONE register. You wait 20 minutes while the purchase line is empty and cashier's are just standing there to get helped in returns. There was another employee named Natalie taging purses with sensors next to the one cashier named Adrian doing returns. Adrain and Natalie both lacked courtesy and empathy. You'd think Natalie would have offered to take me up front to help with my refund since there was no line there and this person being helped was taking an exceptionally long time refunding all of her items. Natalie who was also the manager as stated by Adrian when I requested a manager to speak to could be helping with returns, but since there is only one register dedicated to that customers just have to wait. I have also always purchased items with my atm & received cash back at Nordstroms Rack, but not anymore according to them. I thought Nordstroms was known for its excellent customer service and return policy? Guess again. Unless you are 100% sure you are keeping the items you buy there you are better off buying...
