Let me start by saying Dr. Trytec is very sweet, professional, and seemed to truly care about getting me my right prescription. The thin young woman who works the desk was very calm and nice. She was professional and explained the paperwork/payment well. HOWEVER, the older woman with poorly dyed brown hair is beyond rude. When I asked if I could come back to possibly look at frames - because I needed to rush out to another appointment - she told me she'd "hold on" to the papers in my hand, one of which was my prescription. When I said 'No, I need this, it's my prescription,' she IMMEDIATELY started raising her voice and cringing and scoffing at me, telling me, 'no! Give it to me! I need it! You can't have it! I'll make a copy!'... What on earth is wrong with this woman? I haven't decided I even want to buy frames from this store AND I need to rush out and this lady is just yelling about making copies for something I didnt even know if I wanted. Believe me, I know I don't want it now. At this point I don't know what she needs to make copies of, or what for, or how long it's going to take. And then she's continues yelling and saying I can't take the papers because I can't bring them back. So I ask "why can't I bring them back?" and she just says "it's impossible!" How on earth is it impossible to walk into the store holding papers? Then she just starts saying "we won't know who you are or where the papers are from!"... the papers have the doctor's name and the address and I already paid so you had a copy of my ID on file. Is it really difficult to lean in and explain to a customer, 'these few papers here, we actually need to keep for our records for if you come back, and I just need to make a copy of your prescription and you can be on your way!' But noooo, be vague and get pissed when customers ask questions 🙄. With all the complaints about this woman, I'm surprised she still works there. There was someone waiting too, and she was talking to me like that, so, she's lucky I have more self control and respect than her. If I didn't have to rush out to another appointment, and if Dr. T wasn't sooooo nice, I absolutely would have given that horrid woman the energy she...
Read moreMaybe I just l keep having bad experienced with this office. 3 stars because I like the selection of glasses and the one nurse who helped me choose the 2 pairs of glasses and gave me tips for putting in contacts. -2 stars for the over all process. The first time I went my prescription was really high and gave me headaches. I went back to get an eye exam and it was better the 2nd time. I loved my glasses. But this place is archaic, it took forever to finally be sent a photo of my prescription and it was written on a prescription paper. Barely legible. I called again almost a year later to see if I’m due for an exam or check out their selection glasses. It was impossible to get someone on the phone and then they never called back when they said they would. They’re only open during work hours so it’s not simple to just show up at their office. Getting glasses shouldn’t be such a...
Read moreI've been coming here for at least 6+ years now, probably longer than that, I've sent so many people here, and have no plans on going anywhere else! I even have my children coming here now as all of them wear glasses also! The selection is great, I love Alpa and the girls, they're always trying their best to keep their customers happy and I'm one of them and proud! I left Elegant Eyes and haven't been ripped off since! If you're looking for long term eye care and a great selection of eyewear, this is your place! Even when I night my own frames, they took great care of them and put the prescription in them for me! I love how well they take care of me and I'm always satisfied with my...
