They are the absolute worst. I have gone to the store twice to inquire about my furniture and all I got was lip service. I received a random call on a Saturday saying they have a delivery for me. Mind you no prior call to ask if I would be home which I was not. Then I got to the store and is talk to in a condensing manner. I am not that person. for that point on I was done with this place. Then I go again since Nathan tells me that I was still within the 20 days for delivery. So I go after the 20 days and still the same BS. Told I would get a call to tell me I would get a call for delivery on Thursday, I call at 6pm since they close at 7:30pm. To inquire about this delivery and again lip service. So now oh we have all your and we call you no you didn't I called you. so now I have to miss a whole day of work to wait for them to delivery between 3pm-6pm. And I appreciate the call from him and his willingness to correct a situation that clearly got out of hand. I am not trying to destroy the reputation of anyone's business. But when you mess with my finances without my approval I can tend to go overboard. Thanks to the owner for reaching out and I have updated it to 3 stars for the swift customer service that has been shown to me.
Submitted 2 days ago (9/14/20) I went in to this store on Saturday and submitted a finance application but told him that I will have to think about doing this and that if I was going to do this credit application I will be back in a week. On 09/29/2020, I purchased a wardrobe closet and was told by the Owner's son my closet would be delivered to my home by the end of the week. I reached out and visited AP Furniture over 10 times since my purchase. In addition, I paid in full for the item on 09/29/2020. As of 11/10/2020, I still have not received my wardrobe closet. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. It is better to go to a furniture store that cares about the customer experience.
Update*On 12/02/2020, I received a call from the owner's son asking me to remove my post. He stated, that, "I am making him lose money."
