It was practically impossible to find help here. I was trying to buy sneakers for my boys, and I swear it seemed like they had every size but what I asked for. I waited over 10 minutes for the guy to come back to his section. He never did! I couldn't even find him. I had to go to the front and ask the man who was checking bags to help me find someone. He took the initiative and helped me find what I needed. I appreciated that because he didn't have to do it. The customer service, store cleanliness, and selection deserve 1 star. Zero star.......The workers are lazy & the manager is the worst face for the company. Got annoyed because I asked for different sizes. They ignore me, I left, then went back (big mistake)...asked for another size in a different style shoe & the manager started cussing at me and told me "to keep my money and not buy anything & said I should leave & then walked away". On Friday I purchased two pair of sneakers for my son that was too small.
