Pizza Center — Restaurant in Orange

I’m a regular customer here. They have my favorite pizza in the area! I ordered their buffalo wings and was quite surprised that Not only do they charge extra for buffalo sauce or Blue cheese, but you can only choose 1 with the order! I expressed my dismay to no avail. It’s not the pricing that caught me off guard but at any other pizza place, the buffalo sauce comes with the wings as does the blue cheese or ranch-even if it’s in a separate container. The cashier, who is a very nice lady, said if you want the extra sauce you have to pay for it in an almost condescending manner. Nonetheless, I paid for the “extra” sauce. The buffalo wings were good- very good, but I can get the same quality elsewhere without the extra charge (and nearby). Needless to say, I’ll stick with pizzafrom...

I have been buying pizza there for years over 10 years+ I was threatened by the owners son told me never to enter the store again because I complained about the pizza being burned I asked for his Dads name so that I can contact him about the situation and he literally told me to don’t ever come back and he will personally throw me out . I never ever will patronize a business and don’t respect my money that I work hard for so of this is the customer service that you give people after 10 years Star Tavern here I come my suggestion don’t ever give money to where the respect is not welcome(black) but...

Well when we went to place an order the fact that they had a combo was good however when i went to pay with a debt card i noticed she added another cost to the order without first letting me know i had to ask. I was told they charge a fee of .50 per debt card transaction. So i paid cash, they placed my pizza order in the oven and just forgot about it so when i asked was it ready because it had been in the oven for some time. They tried to serve me some hard burnt pizza i told then i did not want it. They replaced it and it was still very hard and taisted old i will not be going back to this...
