I ordered through Uber Eats and the owner sent missing and wrong Items without properly notifying uber or calling me about unavailable items. I called the store after notifying Uber. She lied about calling me, Uber dies not give phone numbers.vendors have to call through the app. I told her that one container was not even 1/4 filand the others were things that I did not order or missing. Please refund or replace. When I called to resolve the issue I was called many names, cursed at, she accused me of not listening and she gaslighted when I asked to please stop bullying me. She did not make Any notes on Uber eats that they were out of any items or that items were being switched. No one called they lied about calling . Because the items were delivered and I accepted the delivery Uber eats did not refund me and I was told to contact the restaurant. The owner was very extremely rude and I am in hospitality for major brands so this unprofessional aggression is completely unacceptable. When money is exchanged for a product there is expectation that the product is what you ordered it is a contracted agreement based on business practices that are universal. They took it upon themselves at this horrible "business" to keep my money and send me whatever they wanted to get rid of. I ordered from here twice in the last 4 months and both times I had spoiled food and then had food poisoning. I thought I would not order meat and give them a chance because maybe the food was too cold. I swear now I would never order from here again. Extremely unprofessional. She called my cell several times and continued bullying. I recorded her, I expect a refund and she told me "you'll wait for that" Well we will see. It is usually within minutes from Uber Vendor calls. Updates to come. Don't do business with these thieves.

I just read other reviews echoing my bully owner dishonesty. Wow. They will not last long and they are very new. I won't miss this awful place.

I visited a few times and have mixed feelings about my experience. The restaurant is clean and spacious, which is a plus. However, I encountered some issues that affected my overall satisfaction.

Firstly, the service was slow during each of my visits. There is only one person behind the counter, who also seems to micromanage everything and tries to handle all tasks alone, despite the presence of other employees. This led to longer wait times and a less than optimal experience.

Secondly, the food was consistently served cold, despite being displayed in a food well that's supposed to keep it hot. While the taste of the various dishes I tried was acceptable, the pricing was surprisingly high. Some dishes were even more expensive than similar establishments in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. This made it difficult to justify the cost compared to the overall experience.

Additionally, I observed delivery drivers from services like Uber Eats leaving after waiting for extended periods. This indicates that the issues with slow service are not isolated incidents. Hopefully, they are able to hire some additional help as they are currently looking, as this will probably help the speed of service.

As with most businesses now, there's a "processing fee" for card transactions, so you have to keep that fee in mind when you try to calculate your total beforehand.
