I've been to Brivvado Cigars a handful of times and always enjoy their atmosphere and selection. However, my most recent visit was elevated from "great" to "unforgettable" thanks entirely to our server, Bri.

From the moment we sat down, Bri was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about cigars. She didn't just take our order; she took the time to understand what we like. I mentioned I usually enjoy a medium-bodied maduro, and she immediately suggested a new stick from their private label that I had never tried. It was a perfect recommendation—absolutely spot on.

What truly impressed me was her ability to manage the entire humidor lounge with effortless efficiency. She was constantly moving, ensuring everyone had a fresh drink, checking if we needed anything, and clearing ash trays without ever being intrusive. She has a fantastic sense of timing and a warm, engaging personality that makes you feel like a valued regular, even if it's your first visit.

Her knowledge of the pairing menu was also impressive. She suggested a bourbon that complemented my cigar perfectly, a pairing I wouldn't have thought of myself.

In a world where good service is becoming rare, Bri is a massive asset to Brivvado Cigars. She is the reason my friends and I will be making this our regular spot. She single-handedly turned a simple night out into a fantastic experience.

Was invited to celebrate my brother's birthday who is a cigar smoker. The establishment is very relaxed. Definitely for the grown and sexy. Upon entry we were greeted by Precious...her name says it all. She was very friendly and SUPER knowledgeable when it came to the extensive display of cigars that they have on hand. The owner arrived a bit later, and of all the places I've visited I've never experienced a place where the owner was so friendly and engaged with the patrons. It was like a family get together. He and Precious made sure that our party was well taken care of. After a few drinks, there was a request for karaoke and the owner and Precious granted the request. Before long, all of the patrons were engaged in singing as it became one big party. The atmosphere was fun, laid back and very comfortable. The place itself was extremely clean and spacious with chairs you could sleep in. There are televisions from wall to wall, in every direction. The place is decked out. If you are a cigar smoker and you're looking for a cigar lounge you WILL NOT be disappointed with Brivado Cigars. This is coming from a non-cigar aficionado. Im certain this will not be my last visit. I dont usually do reviews but Brivado was definitely worth my time. Pay them a visit and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed. ...
