The Furniture Depot — Local services in Orange

First off, I just want to say that I rarely write reviews. But I wanted to write this one in order to warn others about shopping here. I have to admit, I have never had a shopping experience like this one.

The sales associate was very unprofessional. When I made my purchase, I was told that the sales associate will contact me as soon as the furniture arrived, which was supposed to be on the 11th. However, the sales associate never ended up calling me so I decided to go to the store and check up on my order. Come to find out, one of my orders arrived while the other one was on back order. The sales associate told me that the item that was on back order would arrive 10 days later (the 26th) and that she called me several times to inform me (which was a total lie).

After being fed up with the sales associate's unprofessional attitude, I requested a refund for the back ordered item. However, she refused to refund me due to their store policy being "No Refunds, No Returns." Rather than receiving my refund, the sales associate persuaded me to purchase something else in the store. Sales person very unprofessional. She was just seating with a kid not sure if it was her son doing something in the computer not once did she even looked up and asked if I needed any help or any assistance. Although the prices are fair and sales ppl in the store are friendly.I was given a four hour window for delivery after five hours I started calling wondering where they were .They did not show up until 830 at night six and a half hours later and literally brang it inside .Didn't set up didn't take out of packaging.And I don't know if they scotch gaurd or treat but my sofas stink it's been two weeks ans...
