House of Vape — Local services in Oregon City

House of Vape is by far the best vape store I've been to in the Oregon City / West Linn vicinity. I have a pretty standard vape mod, and two stores I went to in West Linn were unable to provide the correct coils. I showed my mod to someone at the last store I went to, she said these coils will work, I bought a pack, went home, tried it out and it was not the right kind. Not even close. I called and she said they can either exchange it or give me a refund, I went back to the store and she said sorry we don't have the right kind, and I have no way of giving you a refund. I thought that was pretty lousy customer service, especially since I also bought some liquid from them. I went to House of Vape and explained my situation, and not only did they have the correct coils, they allowed me to exchange them for the other coils, without charging me a cent. I have been to House of Vape several times, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgable. Julie knows her stuff!! My partner and I just moved into a home right behind their shop and finally got to stop in, we went in looking for the pods and coils for the vapes we know and love, unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for due to shortages in supplies. Definitely not the shops fault. This shop has lots of easy parking and is a big open space with tons of options for e-juice, nic Saltz, devices, disposables and im sure more. Julie helped us and was beyond helpful without being egotistical about it which is hard to come by in a vape shop these days, we could tell that she was sharing her knowledge for our benefit not hers. She wasn't pushy or just trying to make the sale at all, she gave us all the information we needed to know and use our devices the right way and get the best longest results out of them. I will forever refer to her as 'the Pro Tip queen'!! HOV has a gem of an employee in Julie for sure! Friendly informative staff about your vaping needs! Recommend to any new comer to the vaping scene and those who have been vaping for years! Great product selection for the most part. Just wish obviously a couple fast moving items were in stock more than out! The G Coil Boost mesh coil in .4 or .6ohm rather than .2ohm since the Aegis Hero I have has a max output of 45W and the .2ohms suggest 50-55W which I currently am using with my hero at 45W and seems to be okay but I just would prefer to stick to the recommendation by Geekvape and then the best in my opinion the nic salt by Cloud Nine Oregon Strawberry 50MG is out a lot of times forcing me to drive to House of Pipes on Mcloughlin and Roethe Rd since they usually have it in stock in all the mg available! Not a negative though about the House of Pipes business at all, just a little inconvenience since I live in Oregon City 5 min drive from HoV.
