Taco Time — Restaurant in Oregon City

We’ve never had issues with Taco Time before until today, and it seems to have completely gone downhill all of a sudden. I had to repeat my order to the drive-thru lady multiple times. She asked if we wanted sauce, we said green sauce. Then they took ten minutes to make our food—and we only had four items and a drink. They gave us coke instead of the rootbeer I asked for (remember how I had to repeat my order??? And we still got the wrong soda). They also put ice in it even though we said no ice. This wasn’t an issue until we got home and realized it was coke instead of rootbeer. Also we didn’t get our sauce (yes, we should have checked the bags, but we’ve never had to in the past). Also the food was mediocre this time around. The enchilada platters tasted nothing like how they used to barely 2 months ago. The sauce in our burritos was only there at the first bite and the last bite instead of throughout the whole burrito. For the price of the food at this fast food restaurant, it was not worth it at all. Very disappointed this...

We have been getting food here for a long time. The meal we just got today was ridiculous. I would have made this a 1 star rating but I'm giving 2 extra star for past performance. We ordered the #4 but asked for soft instead of crunchy tacos with no tomatoes. We got 1 soft and 1 crunchy taco both with tomatoes. Ordered a chicken nacho grande, got a tub of chips with beans and only 2 small pieces of chicken on the whole bowl. And the chips were going stale. The crips meat burritos were good like always so the whole meal was not bad. But when you charge over 40 dollars for a meal for 4 you darn well...

They gave us the wrong food, after not getting our order right, then tried to argue about it when we asked for the correct menu item, another customer then argued with the manager on our behalf, we left and so did the other customer without ordering, we never received the correct food which we paid for, when I finally got to eating the food we did receive my two five plus dollar burritos had no meat, stale beans, and old hard dried Spanish rice, will never return to this location due to the poor food quality not to mention the lack of customer service and...
