I wasn’t going to write a review but after being aggressively told not to write a review by Will I decided I was going to. So I went in today to buy half a pound. The bag was opened and the guy that helped us said he was gonna go to the back and seal it. He didn’t try to weigh it to make sure it was the correct amount. As soon as I got home I weighed the herb and come to find out It was 10 grams under weight and when I called the dispensary some guy named will answered and I tried to explain the situation. At first he sounded like he didn’t believe me that I was 10 grams short then his excuse was that his employees smoke better herb than the kind I got so his employees couldn’t have taken some. I didn’t even accuse them of taking it maybe a Customer could have taken it when they where smelling it? Or even taken some out to sell it? Then his excuse was that it was missing 10 grams because of it drying??? 10 grams that’s kinda a lot. After that point he decided to tell me that we could go back from saint johns to Oregon city to get a refund of 11 dollars.it will cost more to go over there and back. Overall bad business won’t be going back and if Will was the manager than he should be taught how to speak...

This place sold me the wrong herb. A super sleepy comma strain that I hate. I tried to return it right away. They refused to even after acknowledging their error because i stepped outside for 1 minute before realizingI had been given the wrong product. I persisted to recoup my hundreds by reminding them that the USA has laws guaranteeing you receive your product as expected. They didn't care. After a moment of arguing my point only to recieve a 10% future discount. I didn't think that suficed so they kicked me out and banned me. This felt like I was dealing with criminal paddlers. What is more I have been a reliable client for years. I have tipped all of these people on numerous occasions. No loyalty returned. BELIEVE ME YOUR LOYALTIES ARE WASTED HERE. Now that I go to other facilities I realize it was never a good spot. Limited inventory. Amateur bud tenders. They will steal your money and ban you if you don't like it. The strain they gave me was not only a heavy sedative it was even under the cost of the strain I had selected and they offered me a deeply inadequate recompense. No good reason to be...

I went in this morning to get two strains advertised on there dutchie menu. I'm a medical patient and need very specific meds. I was told that the one was in the shop but was being transferred so they weren't sure why it was on the menu. Then I asked for a harvest date on another strain, as I've gotten cannabis that was a year old from this shop, and it completely gets pulled for not having that information on the label. I was then told these are minor technical difficulties and that basically they couldn't do anything for me as far as dr jollys goes. I ended up leaving. I was planning on spending some money too. The customer service was super subpar from what I'm used to and I've been a budtender for 5 years. Felt as a medical patient my needs didn't matter and felt ignored. Hope my next experience...
