Horrible customer service. I will never go here or any other subway ever again due to the encounter I had while at this location. My son 13yrs of age and myself entered the store to order. One other customer was in the store completing his order (which happened to be local security guard for the shopping center because the area is filled with grifters and other activities that warrant businesses hiring private security). The employee behind the counter immediately asked my son if he had a mask and told him to put it on to which he politely responded “I do not have a mask, do you have one that I could put on?” The store does not carry masks, so he told him he would have to wait outside. He moved to the open door and stood beside it where he remained over 6ft social distanced from not only the food counter but every person in the store. I proceeded to the front counter to order (with my mask). The employee continued to harass my son about not having a mask and needing to leave to the extent that it was inappropriate. As long as subway is willing to put their brand on employees who treat children this way, I will not be doing...
Read moreWas in such a rush yesterday after being given pre-wedding errends for a friend and had 3 hungry kids in the wedding party so I rushed Dollar Tree, rushed Michael's, rushed into Subway for 4 footlongs only to find out there is no tip section on the debit card option 😫 The young man who prepared our sandwiches did each perfectly, quickly, friendly and marked them so the two 6 inches made it to the right people at the venue as well. I had no cash. I hope later that evening when he found a completely filled-in Dutch Bros stamp card (for a free drink) and half a book of Forever postage stamps he just knows it was the best I could do on the spot while in a crazy rush 🤪😂 but I truly did appreciate his good work and hope a tip section becomes available on debit receipts even if it's mostly just used for larger or speedier...

The bottom line is that two bites into my 12" sandwich my stomach was definitely getting sick. There was something totally off in the taste of this sandwich - which was supposed to be grilled chicken (normally no problem at other Subways). I immediately sucked down a shot of scotch to kill whatever it was now inside of me - which ultimately helped - and simply threw the sandwich away - not good with taking chances like that.
The poor young man working there did not seem happy at all.
They did not have the bread that I wanted - but had only the wheat bread.
I do recommend the Veggie Bowl in Oregon City across from the Oregon City Brewery - delicious and did not...
