All I can say is this the parts that are purchased are junk, they are unprofessional and have absolutely no business being representatives with Northwood store. The managers name is Adam and his assitant manager Alan. I mean they have a constant turn style of employees, and just the amount of unprofessionalism is unreal. I had issue with some brakes in which I was given a receipt that was not mine and I was able to use it to obtain rotors and brake pads. This did not go over very well with the shop in questions, as a result my whole customer profile and all of my warranties have been voided making the parts useless. I mean this is whay I no longer shop at this autoparts store. The parts are no good and last maybe about three months. Update I talked to the district manager and he indicated to me that they upper managementwas unsure what account they had charged my autoparts to? I have taken an 02 sensor back about eight times and they refuse to give me my money back, this place is a racket. Also why are you giving out whilesaler receipts to regular customers. I am not a corporate customer and yet you give me a receipt with someones elses name on it? Also I have no warranties for any of my products of services, please feel free to refund my credit card. I also took some parts back with the receipt this morning and I was met with we are not refunding any purchases? The refund policy is null and void? I believe that this company needs to due inventory on parts as I was told that employees at this location were actually stealing parts and the general manager quit that's how poor this store is run. Also they never have the same people working at the store which means its run very poorly. The parts are junk and they don't honor any warranties. My check engine light with the p2271 code is still on and they sold me all this crap stating that this is what the issue. I was not sure if they were mechanics or not at this store? if you would like to correct this please give me my money back as the parts I have purchased just are junk parts, so if they don't work don't make my purchase anymore from this store. I would like a full refund for all of these purchases, please as you can see that these purchases are not helping my car and Adam and alan said these purchases would fix the check engine light in my vehicle. I hope to have refund issued to me as I have purchased multiple parts and these are all defective. I called corporate and they told me that I have to get yet another o2 sensor from them not offering a refund and as far as the cataclean they will offer no refunds at all. I have not received any communication from the company trying to resolve this issue, through a refund which I could replace the...
Read moreWhen I tell you that when it comes to customer service there is no shortage of it at this store. Long story short, my boyfriend and I were travelling cross country from Washington state to NJ for a funeral. We drove straight through, for 36 hours with a camper, when we stopped for fuel in Ohio, a tire FELL OFF of the camper because the bearings blew out. Luckily, we found the tire and hub. But to makes matters worse. It was 5 am on Thanksgiving. We scrambled trying to find somewhere open to get bearings. After getting the run around by a 24 hour emergency truck service, I called this O'Reillys at 6 am, to check their voice-mail to see if they were actually open and Chuck answers the phone. A person answered the phone. Not only did he help us after 3 separate visits, because we couldnt bring the camper with us to make sure it fit but he was so patient and kind. You could tell that he genuinely cared and sympathized with our situation, we were so tired, cold, wet, and depleted. He said that if weren't for his dogs he'd offer up his house for us to sleep and shower. We made it home, even though it was one hell of a day in the road, I couldn't stop telling people about my experience at this store. Chuck was our saving grace. You don't meet people like that often, especially at 6 am on a holiday lol we didn't have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, but we were thankful that our paths crossed with Chuck. So in short, I highly recommend this store and if the manager is reading this, give that...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend broke down with our 2 year old son in the car. After calling every Autozone in the Toledo area practically begging for help not 1 person showed genuine customer service and wanted to help us. All the AutoZone‘s except one said that they don’t have the ability to Google search or help find a part. When I called O’Reilly Auto Parts, a gentleman named Allen answered the phone and listened to my entire story and began researching to help me and my family find out what part had broken. After mentioning to Allen that I had pictures of the damage, without hesitation Allen offered to give me his personal cell number so I could forward the pictures. After sending the pictures Allen helped identify the damaged part and even let me know the price. I honestly will never go to another Autozone again and am going to strictly give my business to O’Reilly Auto Parts. If anyone from this location is reading this, this took place on 7-18-25 around 7pm. I hope Allen gets the recognition he deserves, because of Allen I genuinely will never shop at another Autozone again. More businesses should take note, this simple act of genuine kindness has made me go from a loyal Auto Zone customer to a O’Reilly customer, thank you...
