If I could give them zero Stars I would. We bought Custom Leather Couches and we knew that we were paying premium pricing. We expected that the sales lady to would honor what she said and wrote in the bill of sale. We called and asked her about cushions sagging within a year of having custom couches. She told us that she would call back which she did, but she said that she could nt honor her word because the company she used is no longer in business , we told her that she can honor her word with her new company , which in turn she said that her husband died and she is debating closing the company. She has no shame. I would run away as fast as you can. She is a scam, she will lie and say what she can to do the deal . Her quality of furniture is not up to par. I had my grandmother's old couch and armchair reupholstered and at all the springs restrung a few years ago. I paid quite a bit of money. The reupholstery job was beautiful. However one day a friend sat on the couch and the Springs all came out the bottom. When I opened up the fabric on the bottom I saw that the springs and the straps holding them in place we're still the old straps. I had to get it restrung again, but by that time Audrey's design had moved their location too far away for me to take it back and request it be fixed there.

Audrie is a talented and knowledgeable designer. We are extremely happy with the leather couch and chair she reupholstered for us and with the and custom-made a matching ottoman. Her suggestion to add legs to the couch, chair and ottoman gave everything a fresh, updated look. Beautiful workmanship and timely completion of the project. She also reupholstered two chairs for us. The results were stunning. Great attention to detail, as the lines of the chair were curvy. The tufting on the back cushion was well executed. I am very satisfied with...
