Today I decided to go to this place to get my new nails. I didn't have an appointment and very kindly they got me one. I waited for an hour without problems until a girl came to attend to me. I confidently showed her the nail model that I wanted immediately. she started to work she told me that she worked with a different material than her colleagues some kind of transparent acrylic I knew about this product I just asked her why and she told me because it was easier for her I didn't pay much attention I let her do her job When I was preparing my nails, which were a bit damaged, she made me bleed. She asked her partner many questions about how she should do her job, which seemed very strange to me. If you are a professional and have experience, you should not ask if you are supposed to already know. this girl seems to be new to the nail business several times other girls approached to see what she was doing and gave her instructions not to do the c Sooner or later I leave you some photos so you can see that I took a friend who was also completely disappointed in the work and the quality of the products they used after almost four hours I gave her many opportunities and Guille told her what I didn't I liked her because obviously she did horrible nails that were too ugly and very unprofessional even so I didn't tell her anything I didn't want to make her feel bad after I got home I contacted the store and told them what had happened because the amount seemed quite high and I wanted that I reschedule an appointment with another person because obviously the work was very poorly done or that they return my money I had no problem they told me that they were going to give me another appointment and after 30 minutes now they send me a text message telling me that They are going to charge me the day and at the end when I received the worst service in my entire life, even so I am going to be charged monetarily for a job that is not professional at all and now don't want to answer i will definitely not recommend this...

I was really hopeful about this place. But this some of the worst quality work I have ever gotten done. The toes polish was just awful. It’s like the girl was scared to use nail clippers and refused to cut them despite me asking MULTIPLE times. She kept curing the toes before cleaning them and it just left a mess of polish on my skin. The shapes are not even and she kept putting such thick layers of polish and my toes weren’t even dried when I left. I even double checked with her before she told me to put my shoes on and she said they’d be fine put them on. WRONG. She couldn’t even get basic polish off and charged me for gel removal when she didn’t even try to get it off and had to “use a drill.” The full set took 3 hours. I only wanted polish on my toes and that took 1 hour and it came out awful. The girl who did the full set tried but just wasn’t very experienced and couldn’t do what I was asking so we moved on and did something she recommended I do and yet I still got charged for something that was HER IDEA AND NOT WHAT I WANTED… overall I wouldn’t recommend this place for pedicures at all and if you want nails done pick carefully. Even after I said something upfront I just kept getting told that a long time for nails is “standard”… I was told 1.5 hrs for the nails on the phone and 15 mins for toe polish. I didn’t even get any crazy designs. I didn’t even get what I wanted. I waisted an hour getting a pedicure when I could’ve done a better job at home. She offered to have me come back but I simply just want my money and time back because I’m not hopeful that the next time will be better. Save your time and go...

Yesterday, I visited this salon for an angled bob haircut. I clearly explained to the stylist that I wanted it shorter in the back with longer pieces in the front. I also asked for a few layers but wanted to maintain the length in the front. Unfortunately, I left with the exact opposite of what I requested. Instead of the style I wanted, I now have short, uneven layers in the front that make it look like I have bangs, completely ruining the shape of my haircut. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and straightened it. ( it was curled at the salon)

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m devastated by the condition of my hair. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an issue until yesterday. I chose this salon because I expected a professional haircut, but I’m extremely disappointed. I could have gone to Supercuts and gotten a better cut. Now, I’ll have to pay someone else to try and fix this because it’s awful.

I’ve been coming to Seasons on and off for over a decade, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. My hair is ruined, and I can’t believe I paid $75 for this disaster.
