Exceleration Tumbling and Cheer — Local services in Orem

My daughter is currently in her third season with Exceleration All Star Cheer and she loves it. Before she started cheer, she did gymnastics for many years. As she progressed in gymnastics, the only part she liked was doing the floor routines. We had a friend highly recommend Exceleration and we have never looked back.

There were skills my daughter struggled with for years and years at gymnastics, including back handsprings, that Exceleration helped her achieve. She loves the emphasis on working together as a team. She loves being a base in stunts and being precise with her role.

The program is expensive, though I have heard it's the least expensive All Star Cheer Program in Utah County. The cost has been the hardest part for our family, but we have been doing our own fundraisers because it's worth the cost. I really appreciate Exceleration being 100% transparent about all the costs of the program during their parent meeting in May before you sign up.

The program also requires commitment, which is great to keep the teams strong. It requires a year commitment and very few absences. You have to be willing to keep your schedule open for competition season and all meets are mandatory as well as the practices right before meets. Occasionally they have extra practices right before a meet, which they say ahead of time is always a possibility. This has not been a problem for us; we actually appreciate it. I have heard that other nearby cheer programs are much more demanding of time and commitment. I am very happy with the amount of commitment required at Exceleration and it is enough for the teams to score very well at competitions.

This is definitely a personal preference, but my daughter also appreciates that Exceleration does not have uniforms that reveal her belly like other gyms do. She also appreciates that there is an option for practice uniforms to...

I absolutely love Exceleration they have the best customer service I have ever worked with. They work so well with everyone! They answer every question and explain everything in detail. Their emails and communication are very clear. They are pretty much family because they treat you so well. I love how they do auto enrolment for every student that goes to Exceleration, so that once you sign up your child is automatically enrolled for both Spring and Summer it makes it so easy you don't have to worry about if you'll get your child in the summer classes they are automatically enrolled! There are just too many great and positive things I can say about this place. The staff are so good with the kids. I know without a doubt that the coaches and staff care so much about the kids they're always working with to improve each student. I love how if one of my children misses the next class she attends the coaches ask her how she's been, what she was up to, why she missed, etc. They really do care about the kids. It is so nice to know that they are cared for that they aren't just a pacheck. I've been to places that that is how I felt my child wasn't important but here we have never ever felt that way! Hello Best cheer gym in the WORLD!! We travel 25 min each way for 3 of our daughters to go to this gym because it is so wondeful!! They have a system set for success no matter the child’s level! It is 100% positive encouragement from all coaches ... seriously we have one child that was not born with tons of coordination and because of the constant love and great coaching she is progressing more than I thought was possible!! Our other daughter who has high goals in a short amount of time has received incredible skill training and support to take her as a new gym girl who could just do a fall to bridge to a round off back tuck in 8 months!
