8/1/2025-C (3-part review) I went in and picked it up since they had no drivers. But look at the pics! They had drivers (check pics). Smh... I can't stand cheap businesses who don't care and feel they have to lie to customers.
I included the pics of the replacement pizza and the comped breadsticks. The pizza was still way overcooked, the crust was crunchy with zero softness. There was more pepperoni for sure, so that was good. And the comped bread was way overcooked as well. If that's quality control, then remind me to never eat there again. Such a waste, and practically inedible. Yuck!
8/1/2025-B I called in to report the problem. The manager hung up on me after the girl put me on hold. I had to call again and instead of sending me to the store, it sent me to some out-of-country service center. (They had terrible customer service and were hard to understand.) Finally I was able to get them to transfer me to the store.
They're willing to remake the pizza and hopefully get it right this time, but apparently they have no more delivery drivers so they couldn't deliver it to me. This was a confusing concept to me. So they said that they'd deliver other people's orders, but they had no delivery drivers for me, to make my order right.
What kind of side-show are they running?! I don't know what's going on down there, but lots of major red flags!!
The kid on the phone was super nice and sympathetic. He seemed a bit clueless but he pulled through and said he'd personally remake it and make sure it wasn't burned and had the correct toppings. So there's that.
I'll post a picture of the corrected product when we go to get it.
8/1/2025-A This is the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. It's hard, burnt, the toppings weren't even right. Very disappointed.
I ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and they barely gave me any pepperoni. Definitely not double. (check the included picture)
I guess this is my reminder why Pizza Hut isn't my go to pizza place. The delivery driver and his trainee...
Read morePicked up my pizza and it was raw. So, I returned with the pie to the store and here is the much abridged version of the miserable customer service experience I had: "My pizza is raw," I said. The man at the front register opened the box,"no" he said,"It's just chewy. All of our pizza is like this." "no" I repeated again, pulling a long stretchy glob from a slice, "It's raw." "Well, it's not." says the man "It's just chewy they are all like that. Maybe if you had ordered a hand tossed pizza it wouldn't have been too chewy for you." I was stunned! Did he really just suggest that being served raw pizza was my fault? "I can make you another one," he continued, "but it's going to be exactly like that." "Well, if you can only give me raw pizza I don't want it." He flipped a slice over to reveal the bottom, "it's done when it looks like this." he said. I could not believe he was still arguing with me about it! I reached down and pulled a half dollar sized gooey mass of raw dough from a single slice and literally stretched it in front of him. "This isn't 'chewy'! It's raw! Look as it stretch! Look how sticky! It's undeniably raw!" He just laughed and told me again that that is how pizzas there are made and that if he got me another it would be the same. "I've eaten Pizza Hut a lot in my life and I've never had a pizza like this!" I was seething. "If you're not willing to give me a cooked pizza then I want a refund." I was paid my money back and only then, while leaving the door did I get an apology, not for the raw food, not for the bizarre need to argue, but "Sorry you're not happy with it." Again, everything was somehow my fault. Stay clear of this place and it's terrible food and employees. It doesn't get worse...
Read moreFirst off, I love Pizza Hut. They have great pizza, and (usually) excellent service. That said, this particular location has a poorly trained staff, and it shows in both customer service and food quality. It started when we placed out order online. The expected delivery time was 55-65 minutes, which is totally expected for a Friday night. Well, about 75-80 minutes in, I get a bit worried about where my pizza is and decide to call in. I reach someone who I can only assume was a manager, and he looked up my order. There was a note on it saying that it was cancelled between they didn't have any more Big Boxes (I wanted to try something new, so that's what I ordered). I never got a call or email that my order was cancelled. Just nearly an hour and a half of waiting, with both my wife and I getting hungrier and hungrier. This man on the phone apologized for the mixup, and was willing to place an order for me even though they were 10 minutes to closing. He even threw in a 20% discount AND a free dessert. As upset as I was about the whole thing, I really appreciated his willingness to help and try to make amends. This manager is good. However, when our food arrived, our order was wrong (both pizzas were normal crust, even though we asked for specialty) and the veggies on my wife's pizza were old/bad. My pizza was also poorly made, with really bad sauce distribution (and sauce does indeed make the pizza), with some areas not even having any sauce. I was ready to give 3-4 stars, but I'm bumping it down to 2 with these mistakes. Again, the management seems decent, but the main staff either needs to be retrained or replaced. I don't intend on eating here again for about another year - the normal turnover time for student-staffed...
