The only good thing I can say about this place is the pricing. I suppose you get what you pay for — for children that are too young to understand what’s actually going on, this may be enjoyable. For the targeted age audience, however, it’s not great. I have an 11 year old and an 8 year old, and they are both active kids with bright imaginations who find creativity in just about everything, yet they became bored quickly. The first issue was another child who was left unsupervised and began to boss my 8 year old around, telling her to “Move” and pushing her out of line on the slide. I understand kids don’t always have the best manners, but of course I don’t want my children treated like this. I approached one of the employees with my two kids and kindly asked them to help this child find their guardian, to which they shrugged and said “I’m sure they’re around.” Extremely unprofessional. We then made our way to the bathrooms and were met by a strong stench of urine outside the doors. To my dismay as we opened the door, there was a puddle of urine right outside one of the stalls. Again, I understand especially with young children accidents happen, but it had been there long enough to stink up the entire restroom, which means the restrooms are not monitored frequently by staff. In a child-appealing environment where accidents DO happen, things like this must be monitored and taken into consideration. At this point I was bothered and my children no longer wanted to stay, so we approached a DIFFERENT staff member (I was hoping to get a more positive response) and notified them very gently of the incident to which I was told very plainly, “We’ll have someone look in there.” The lack of professional demeanor and attitude overall has completely turned me off from this place. All the employees on the floor seem to be aged 17-20, which I find ridiculous because they themselves are still children! There should be at least someone of age to be able to de-escalate situations and be able to handle incidents. Needless to say, I will not...
Read moreI would give 100 stars if I could. 3rd birthday party here and we’ll come again and again. I just had a party there, and everything was just perfect!!!!! Bathrooms were clean my tables were ready to go when I got there, kids didn’t wait long in line, rock climbing was excellent and ice cream was delicious.
There was a little bit of confusion when checking in but that’s to be expected with so many different kids trying to get there on time. Even then, the staff was so helpful and willing to get us in as fast as possible. I misunderstood what time we would be rock climbing and missed our time. (Totally me not them) However, we were taken care off and scheduled in a bit after. And let me tell you they were busy but made plenty of time to take care of us. Where else does this magical thing called excellent service happen?
They were just super friendly to my kiddos and as a mom you won me just by giving my kids an amazing experience. Hostess/party coordinator was so kind and attentive. Front desk attendant that has been there almost 2 yrs was soooo nice!! And let’s not forget our awesome rock climbing instructor/safety person. He was just amazing with kids. He made them feel special and safe. Always offering to help. Seriously so grateful that he made our experience a wonderful one! It’s a little out of our budget but I hope we can come back soon.
This would be my third year coming to this place for a birthday party. Can’t wait for the next one!!! Seriously I know this reads like a book, and there’s so much...

Management still never got with me. It's been 7 months. I'm really not sure why they even took the time to comment.
Management never reached out to me about this issue. It's pretty bad when you post in a public review that you (management) will correct the issue and you never follow through.
We had a good time. However, the management really let us down. We bought the Gold Party package which included a 30 minute VIP adventure climbing session. A few days before the party, Hang Time tried to sell us a 30 minute adventure climb . . . which we already had. The actual party was managed well by the hostess. The adventure climbing was a joke. At our designated time we went to the gate only to discover they were just taking in new climbers. We showed our wrist bands and they ended just taking us in also. They also allowed two additional groups in at the same time. So my party had to stand in line for climbing. So much for the VIP climbing. They also took us in late and kicked us out at the half hour mark. So our "VIP" kiddos only got 20 minutes of actual climbing. Which they spent waiting in line. I dont care if you sell adventure climbing passes. Just dont lie and put a "VIP" description to charge more. We spent too much on the Gold package for this. "IF" we ever come back for a party, we won't waste our money on anything...
