I went in for a battery replacement. Everything else worked perfectly, I just needed a new battery. When I came back to pickup my phone the tech told me that I needed to pay for a new screen because he had broken mine. He tried to charge me $300 for the battery and the screen. We negotiated to a lower price however I still paid more than I think was fair because I came in for a battery replacement not a screen replacement. He told me that the cost of the battery to him was just under $50 and I still ended up paying over 180 because he refused to take responsibility for the screen that he broke. More than that my fingerprint sensor no longer worked and I had to take it to another repair shop to fix that because he did not know how to fix it. I should not be the one eating the cost of the technician breaking my screen, nor should I have to leave this repair shop to go to another because they can't fix what wasn't even broken when I went in. DONT BRING APPLE PRODUCTS HERE. Owner is nice, but unfortunately after a screen repair on my iPhone 12 Pro Max flash no longer works and my camera is breaking. Screen isn’t that high quality so my touch function is bad and image quality is poor. Owner said he didn’t touch the flash or camera parts but they were working even with the broken screen before he took it apart so….. when I brought it back he just shrugged. If you have Apple products don’t go here, spend a little more at an apple authorized repair shop and save the hassle. Really wanted to give this place a good review. I have an iPhone. The screen was broken and would not power on. I found this place on google and was confident in the high rating. The guy did not speak English, so there was no explanation of the process. He replaced my screen and told me everything was ok. $160 and 10 min later, and it was clear that the screen is terrible quality. NOT APPLE APPROVED. Very glitchy, hard to type, takes input that I did not give it, rough scrolling experience to say the least. Would not recommend any iPhone user to repair...
