Let me start off by saying that if your dress shopping for an event like prom or homecoming, this is your place as long as you have a lot of money. My experience here had me and my friend in tears when we left. This was my best friend's first prom and so we went shopping for a beautiful dress and we saw how stunning these dresses looked in the pictures so we decided to come in and our experience here was AWFUL! The dresses are overp, the store is dirty, and the lady who owns the place is the person who almost ruined the day for me and my friend. They have signs there that say you can't try on more than 3 dresses at a time, but my friend and I didn't seee that and so we loaded up on dresses and nobody said we couldn't do that from the start even though they literally saw us picking out a bunch of them. Then the woman who owns the place comes over, snatched the clothes and basically yelled at us because we didn't wee the signs. She then proceeded to look at each dress as if we had taken a Razor to it and acted like we destroyed them even though we made sure to be extremely careful because we didn't want to ruin the dresses. She found one dress that was PERFECTLY fine, took scissors out of her pocket, and snipped a piece of string that wasn't even there acting like we damaged it. Then my friend and I went into thr dressing room trying to ignore how she treated us and then I got a text from my mom who was waiting outside our dressing room saying that we had to go. I asked her why and she told me it was because the OWNER was giving us dirty looks as we went into the room, and her and the employee began talking bad about us. When I found this out I was absolutely livid. We then left the store in a bad mood and she had me and my friend crying because dress shopping is supposed to be a good memory for those involved. Although I will admit I'll remember this day, it's not for an good reasons thank to this...

DO NOT buy from this place as wonderful as her Quince packets sound. They are made out of the cheapest material you could ever think of. The “porcelain doll” is ONLY half porcelain and from the waist down is just wire. The doll that you give away is literally a doll from the dollar store, but she charges as if it were made out of gold. Her excuse is that the dress that is put on the doll is what makes the price high. Gives the WORST customer service ever. Says she has things ready and nothing is ready. Has the worst attitude you cannot say anything because she will snap back at you, or just give you a horrible excuse. After she messes up she tells you that’s how it’s supposed to be or to just come back. The Rosario we bought was peeling and she tried to tell me that’s the style when she had a perfectly good one in the case. It was too late to cancel and restart with another lady, but DEFINETLY will not return to this store. If you want cheap material for the price of good material and bad customer...

The make me feel very contrable everytime when Im in the boutique . The have everything you need for a a Quineañera o any special Ocaccion making that day unforgettable...
