Fruteria y Restaurant La Morenita — Restaurant in Orem

I was reading the negative reviews from a few months ago here in Google but I decided to visit based on the most recent IG posts.

I had good time here, the place is clean, you can see when they are preparing your snacks, I had their elotes, tostilocos, watermelon drink and Ice cream.

Everyone at the restaurant was polite, talkative helpful and patience with us as it was our first time visiting the atmosphere of the restaurant was also good it wasn't crowded when I got there but it got busy.

The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the place is small with only 2 little benches to sit and 2 high tables I wish it will have more space to sitdown and enjoy the theme of the restaurant (la loteria) there is no restroom service.

Overall it is a good place to get snacks and worth the trip/stop by but plan to go enjoy them...

This place is wonderful. We've tried raspados, tacos, tortas, quesadillas, bionicos, esquites, and aguas frescas. We have NEVER had something that didn't taste good in 2 years of going at least once a week (sometimes more!) The staff is always very friendly, they are never rude. The smoke hits you when you walk in the door. It was so bad I started coughing. My husband was going to look at something at the game store while I took my 2 year old daughter to the bathroom. After, we were planning on ordering lunch. The person at the restaurant was very rude and wouldn't let us use the restroom even after I told her she really had to go. Needless to say, I used the games stores bathroom and never ordered lunch. Horrible...
