update: Stephanie called me regarding my review she was nice and tried to explain everything to me. I wish all of the workers were like her I am glad our issue was resolve but we still won’t be returning to this location.
If I could give them 0 starts I would! We did our 2018 taxes they told us our estimated amount to be returned and they ended up calling a week later to tell us that it was actually a different amount because they missed something we were upset but we thought it was okay since everyone makes mistakes and then they called us again about a form. Last year same thing they charged us a lot of money we had problems again and a couple months later we got audited by the IRS I called and told them they had done something wrong because they were needing additional paperwork well they told me it was a routine audit and we had to pay for the service. I got a letter back from the IRS this was not a routine audit. I will not be returning they charge a good amount of money for their service I expect an exceptional work from them. Read moreIt is one of the worst centers to do your taxes, they do not help you solve ANYTHING when the IRS may need more information from you, if something happened with the tax declaration of past years they do not help you and they give you a number where only one answer operating machine, at the beginning they are very kind when they charge you to do your taxes, but when something goes wrong, they no longer help you, one of the ladies who attends there told me that it was better to speak in English and that If she didn't know, then she would look for someone to help me, to which I told her: I speak 3 languages, so the lady is something racist.

Read morePoor customer service. We waited 40 minutes and had to get all together as a family (we all work also and had to come as soon as we got off of work) to get a document notarized for Mexico. The document was written by a lawyer from Mexico and we were told it was not correct even though a judge looked over it. We watched the Notery leave not worried one bit that we had waited for his service. Front desk hung up the phone on a family member that tried to explain the situation and proceeded to be very unprofessional. They closed at 6:30pm even though it says on the google search 8:30pm and we also called to schedule the app before hand.
