Everyone who works here is very personable and a pleasure to speak with. As you walk through the isles, you will be offered assistance if you happen to cross paths with anyone who works here, which is always nice because they know the store layout way better than I do..for a person who truly hates shopping, this store is always easy to visit. 🙂 The store is always clean, organized and the great selection and friendly staff keep me coming back. I must say for such a large corporate company, I do find it sad and almost maddening to see the cashiers have to stand on the hard concrete for hours with no support, no matter a persons age or physical capacity, this is sure to cause pain and its so so unnecessary! Please Kroger, show the people who make your store a wonderful place to visit, you appreciate, respect and regard their wellbeing! Let them have to option to sit on stools or at a bare minimum, have a decent form of support under their soles.....be kind, show they matter, enrich everyone’s souls. It always makes me sad to see that sort of thing. After all, I only shop when we need things at home so if I notice these things, why doesn’t the leadership of a facility notice and do something good about it? Surely Kroger can afford to care for their staff. 🤔 Seems to be a disconnect. ☹️ My hope is they can fix that and for all who work there to see the value in eachother and how their caring for each other shines from the inside, outward for all to see. We, as visitors who shop there, can distinguish between good and extraordinary energy, caring even about things that seem so small (to some) is actually extraordinary. Go for extraordinary Kroger! Go for 5...
Read moreThey continue to remove brand name products in favor of Kroger products. :-( And the shelves are constantly in need of being stocked. They are consistently out of things like Horizon Organic milk, Silk Vanilla Milk and herbs. These are staples in our house. On the flip side the store is close. But it would be more convenient if they had more products and kept on top of things better. The selection/variety of foods is also limited. Example - they no longer carry cotija cheese (a white mexican hard cheese). Probably too specific for them, but they carried it for at least 8 years until the past 9 months. I feel like they cater to the Midwest meat & potato diet, not a variety of tastes. I don't think we deserve to be pigeon-holed just because we live in the midwest. There are lots of delicious flavors out there! We can't expand our food knowledge if there aren't different things for us to try. They do have some great fresh food bars (when available) with good sushi (made daily), delicious soups & a great self-serve area with olives, cheeses, salads etc. This is in addition to the standard deli meat &...
Read moreWalked in today to yet another disappointing visit at this kroger. Yet again, I feel remorse for bringing my hard-earned money to a location that is ran this poorly and has this many problems with their u-scans. It is painfully obvious at this point that upper management is trying to inconvenience people enough to where they either do home delivery or curbside pickup. Worse than that, I see employee's trying their best to apologize* for the situation, as if they should even once have to personally apologize for the situation upper management is putting them into. A place as simple as a Kroger used to be a wonderful spot to have a little bit of community gathering while shopping and the current legislation completely ruins that. Easy to see they have no problems inconveniencing the handicapped, and elderly. It is a near total lack of respect for every one of their patrons. Proud people that have worked hard all their lives to survive and see their families do okay are reduced to next to nothing for walking in to this theater where they...
