My family and I have been huge BWW consumers, but in recent years we have avoided this specific location due to one of the managers. I have never been treated with such disrespect from an individual who is supposed to be in a professional role. Being laughed at and stating "sorry, but you can't always get your way," is ridiculous to say to a customer that is already upset about a situation; this is a tactic for a fight and not to solve a problem within your business. This review may not deter consumers of this business, but I hope it captures the attention of someone who can take care of this specific person. Being a customer for over 20+ years, I have never had any complaints about this location or it's employees; but this crossed a line for me as a loyal customer.
I have extreme anxiety and it took a lot for me to go out with my family in the first place. Having an extremely unprofessional manager come up to us and start to raise her voice in front of a lot of people before allowing us to explain the situation made my experience over the top terrible. The manager is the face of the business when they are there. Because of this, I will not be going to any buffalo wild wings ever again. This is the second time this manager has done this to my family and I over the course of a couple years proving to me that BWW condones this behavior and hostile environment. This is unappealing for individuals who would like to be treated as an adult with respect. Going to a restaurant should be a nice experience for consumers and should not become a situation where you feel attacked, belittled, or accused of being...
Read moreI don't do a lot of 1 star reviews, I just think most of the time people do 1 or 5 and its usually somewhere in the middle, but I'll make an exception for this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. Tried to setup an appointment for a fantasy football party, bringing 10 people on a Sunday afternoon to draft and eat/drink. You would think they would want that business on a Sunday afternoon when the Tigers stink and there is no football on yet. NOPE. So here is how it went. I call about 6:00 and ask to schedule a party, im asked to call back in 20, the managers not available. Ok, no problem, Ill call back. Call back and the person who answers the phone pretends like she cant hear me (I know she is pretending because she puts me on hold for 2 minutes then someone else picks up and can hear me just fine). So im placed on hold, some young gentleman picks up and asks to take my order, huh? "Im trying to schedule a fantasy football party." Young Bdubs worker: "Oh, uh my manager asked if you could call back after 9:00..." so I say "I know you guys are busy there but im trying to give you business, I have 10 people that want to eat and drink and draft football players on Sunday, can we do that?" YBdubsW: "Uh, yes sir, sorry sir, hold on and let me get my manager..." I hang up, you know why? because there is a Bdubs in Rochester Hills that I know will take my call. So I call them and have it scheduled in less than the time I was on hold when they pretended not to hear me at the LO Bdubs. Won't ever eat there...
Read moreMy husband and I walked in and were sat by someone who was less than enthusiastic (either over-worked due to under staffing or simply dislikes their job). Our waiter areived quickly and we ordered 2 drinks. The drinks came and my husband's Coke was flat while my mixed drink tasted watered-down. We realized at that moment that we weren't going to have a worthwhile experience, so we decided to tell the waiter to cash us out. He was annoyed when we said "we changed our minds on staying. We'll take the bill." He did ask of he could do anything and for a moment, we started to tell him why we were leaving.... but then his attitude was clear. He was less "let me fix it" and more "I'm annoyed to be wasting my time". Eventually, he brings the bills. You read that right. Two. Bills. Without asking if we needed/wanted our drinks separated, he slapped the papers on the table and walked away without a word. Now that upset my huaband. A lot. I went to take out cash and my husband says "Do NOT tip him. I'd rather go tip the bartender." However, I dropped $13 in cash on the table for a $10 combined bills just to be done with this horrible experience.
I realize there is a lot of talk on social media about being patient due to staffing issues in many situations, but this wasn't a situation where that would have saved anything. It wasn't a staffing issue here. We were sat promptly, our waiter arrived quickly, our drinks arrived swiftly. It was...
