Today my wife went into this ups store to return a couple of packages, she was carrying our newborn baby in a swaddle chest wrap, as she proceed to the counter where there was a male employee about 5,6 with brown hair a little heavier set. As my wife approached the counter the slob of an employee proceeded to reach over counter without even saying a word and grab at my wifeâs swaddle and open it, to âso calledâ see the baby. My wife called me frantic because she had just been harassed by one of ups employees. As a protective man my first instinct was to drive there as fast as I can and make sure that never happened again. But I decided to take the politically correct approach. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to her the situation and that I was not happy and wanted something done. She kept saying I donât know what you want me to do. I told her to call corporate and figure it out because this is uncalled for and harassment. I Receive a call about 20 minutes later from a lady claiming to be the store owner. She starts the conversation with âcorporate has nothing to do with this I own the store and I spoke with the employee about the situation âAll he did was just open the swaddle and he apologized, you are trying to attack my employeeâ. Maybe had I handled the situation the way I first wanted to I would have gotten better results. Be aware that these employees think that they can do what they want and put their hands where they want in this store. and then just apologize after making the decision to do it in the first place...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would give zero. The condescending and exasperated attitude held by all the employees was astounding. I understand being over worked and under paid, but to catch an attitude when itâs an under-trained employeeâs fault is beyond me. I say under-trained because after she failed to help us, she failed to properly help several other customers. The manager told us that this was Amazonâs issue and Amazon told us it was the UPS storeâs issue. Which, again, I can understand and sympathize with the employeeâs being caught in corporate crossfire, but when the employeeâs are rude, impatient, and condescending, that is an issue deeper than corporate miscommunication. We will be using a different UPS franchise in the future. It seems this UPS store is unable to handle the work load given to them, which is probably why they rely so heavily on the USPS...
Read moreAlways have a great experience here. Was there on a super busy day (literally out the door) but they were still in high spirits and had multiple employees working to cover it. Everybody has a great attitude there. They are respectful (and often funny) so it is always a good time. I'm old. I've been going to UPS Stores since the 1990s. Without a doubt these guys are the best. I actually look forward to my shipping needs and Amazon returns now because most likely I will be in a better mood when I leave than when I go in, lol. A smile goes a long way and you will get one here. It may seem small, but you may hear a "Merry Christmas" when that time of year rolls around. I sure miss when everybody did that. This must be a difficult franchise to run but the owners are doing it right. ...
