Big Boi Meat Market — Local services in Orlando

First of all, it's not called "Long Jack" anymore. It's called Big Boi now. Went yesterday (6-8-24) looking for Lamb. When I asked for Lamb, the guy behind the counter didn't understand a word I said. Another Big Boi employee, (pregnant female) entered the store and I asked her the same thing and she didn't understand either. I found I was in a Spanish meat store where they don't understand English.

I went next door to the ATT Store to ask an employee (Bilingual) to come with me while explaining the situation to her. She gladly excepted to help me. She asked them about Lamb for me, the guy behind the counter went in the back then came back out and said to her they don't carry Lamb.

I understood that. The ATT employee and I walked out the door together, I thanked her for helping me and we both went our separate ways. It's frustrating when you go into a foreign store of any kind and they can't speak the language. I'll never go back for both those reasons. Not having Lamb nor able to speak...

I had a great experience at Mercado Brasileiro! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I was really impressed with the variety of Brazilian products available. I found everything I was looking for, from pão de queijo and guaraná to fresh cuts of meat and traditional sweets. Went to Brazilian butcher shop and mini market today for some quality meets and goodies. Extremely friendly service and high quality products! Marina Mets is at the door greeting us and went in to explain little things about the shop as well as the ongoing promotion they were offering.
