I honestly wish I could give them a negative star review, this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in any store ever. I am from out of town and needed a COVID test because I am visiting my grandmother. I had signed up for a test online and even received a confirmation code saying nothing had changed so I drove 45 min to get my test. Upon arriving I discovered the pharmacy was closed, I had received no warning, or any form of notice they were closed. So I went inside and talked to Brian to see if there was any way to get a rapid test of some sort or a way he could help me since I had tried the night before to make appointments elsewhere and was unable to do so (there were no available appointments anywhere else) and I had just wasted money on gas to get here. When talking to him I was met with nothing but attitude and he went so far as to YELL at me. In addition to being flippant and rude he was extraordinarily unhelpful, I asked if he could give me a rapid test like one I could do at home, and he said in the worst attitude he could muster, "I can't do that." And upon asking why he would not provide me with an answer. Then I asked if there was anyway he could help us and if he had any suggestions or a possible solution to my dilemma, being a manager I had expected him to be a bit apologetic, sympathetic, or something, but instead he chose to yell, and I mean YELL, "What do you want me to do!" I am a very non-confrontational person and it scared me honestly so at that point without a further word I left. He was the prime example of the exact person you would never want to hire, and this experience was so bad I am unsure if Walgreens will ever receive my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI refilled my prescription at 4720 S Kirkman Rd Orlando Fl 32811. The pharmacy manager Sherri was rude and completely unprofessional. I got involved in an accident earlier morning of june 9th 2017 and spent all day in the ER. I came into the pharmacy to fill my 3 prescriptions not only did she not explain to me that she gave me generic brands but she shorted me a precription and did not even return the script to me nor tell me about it. When i got home and called to let them know she answered the phone and did not have a bit of remorse nor apologized for what she knew she had done and been wrong for. I ended up confronting her about it and asked for an explanation and apology for what she had put me through. She decided to talk over me the entire time, never apologized and never felt an second of remorse. I ended up being so upset i told her off. Her end result she hung up on me and told me i can not speak to her in that fashion. The fact of the matter is you do not give prescriptions without explanation, if you can not fill something you give back the script, and you must own up to your mistakes to be a pharmacy manager. Worst staff ever , they were all hanging out talking and laughing instead of serving a line of customers that are sick and in need of their medications. She represents Walgreens pharmacy, is walgreens okay with letting people like this ruin their reputation is the question of the day? You have been reported to corporate Sherri. People like you don't deserve the role youre in and today you messed with the wrong person. I will ensure your name and reputation is ruined. See what kind of job...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame up to a girl working by the makeup aisle today for help. I was super polite and kind since I overheard her talking to the manager about how upset she was about something. Well this super rude employee replied āhmā with a stank face when i asked a question and just pointed in the direction of where I needed to go. When I tried saying thank you politely she replied with another sound. Itās not my fault youāre upset, no need to take that out in the customer. She also saw my phone fall and tumble to right in front of her feet, and of course she doesnāt have to help, Iām just upset at the fact she saw my hands were full and all she did was giggle (and again, it was like a foot away from her). Not to mention the manager tried getting on me for my service dog (he did not have the vest) but after I told her he is a service animal and his vest broke she kept trying to tell me they usually have a metal or pin or something and he doesnāt. She was polite about it, but the entire situation was annoying for no reason. I know how a service dog works, no need to question me as if Iām lying. I work in customer service and this would never...
