I absolutely adored this place! Everything started with the great service of Fernanda, she was the sweetest and friendliest girl from Brazil, she spoke perfectly Spanish and English besides Portuguese of course and gave us honest recommendations. We ordered the tofu scramble which was amazing, it came with arepa and avocado, so healthy but scrumptious at the same time; also ordered the Ciabatta with avocado, egg white and bacon it was so delicious, perfect size not too big not too small, very juicy and flavorful without the guilt and to finish the toast with fruit and Nutella on multigrain, also very yummy and it felt healthier than other version at other places. The coffee was AMAZING and served in the Colombian mugs that were adorable. Everything was very fresh, the place was spotless, the bathroom so clean with great toilet paper and paper towels. The decor was súper original, with Colombian accessories but classy, not tacky, elegant and hippie at the same time. The menu had variety for all type of cravings. We are DEFINITELY coming back and we sure hope that Fernanda takes care...
Read moreI’ve been to this place three times now. I’m not a big coffee drinker but I’ve tried their dirty chai, basically chai tea with shots of espresso, and it is fabulous! Their food is also amazing! They have plenty of vegan options and I have a couple vegan friends so I’m definitely recommending this place to them. I’ve had their empanadas, avocado toast with eggs, mixed berry oatmeal with Nutella, and their Cuban pressed subs. They were all delicious and I can’t wait to try more! Lastly, I just want to talk about their amazing customer service! Fernanda seems to be there every single day! She is the face of this coffee shop! She is super friendly and she does the most! From taking our order, to making our drinks, to running our food to our table, to picking up dirty dishes! I hope whoever owns this place values her! Also, shout out to whoever makes the food back there. It comes out at a reasonable time and the food tastes amazing every...
Read moreOne woman working the cash register and making coffee while another woman cooks. With one guest that already placed an order, it took 25 minutes to make a cup of coffee. Then it took them approximately 30 minutes for the woman at the register to tell me they were all out of potatoes, and that it it will take an additional 10 minutes to make an omelette which they did not start yet... This would have totaled 40 minutes of waiting there. I had to leave for work so without the food, I asked for a refund for the food that I was not getting.
A tip for the restaurant... please be sure to tell the customers how long the coffee and the food will take so they do not have to wait long. Not sure why it took as long as it did for make a cup of coffee and food when there was one guest before me. If there were phone orders... give the courtesy to the guests about how long it may take for their...
