Sloppy Taco Palace — Restaurant in Orlando

Service--Sucks Came in for lunch by myself. Originally was going to sit down and eat there but when I walked in no-one said hello instead they eyed me from the bar at the end of the place. So, thinking that they were busy, I used the bathroom to wash my hands. I walk back out and still not a single acknowledgement that I exist. I went up to one of the guys and asked if I could just sit anywhere. I did. Still no-one said a single word to me. So I walk to the bar where one of the workers were and decided to order takeout instead. They handed me the menu and stared at me. I order and she gives me a receipt then no words were spoken to me after. After about 30 mins, I asked the same lady I ordered from how much longer. She says, "Well it just came out, so can you just give me a minute?" Mind you, a couple came in after me and she thoroughly described the menu to them the second they sat down and asked them if this was their first time. So clearly she knew what to do to give good service but deliberately chose not to.

Also, for context, there was 3 people total in the place eating and 3 people working at the joint when I was in there.

Food--pretty good Rice was very well done, big portions, but chicken was burned so I was chewing hard bitter pieces of meat in my rice bowl. They practically drowned the bowl in sauce--wont be ordering the sauce next time.

I am a big believer in tipping even if no "serving" was done since I have served/waited before but I definitely did not tip this time. I felt like I was in a videogame where interaction is only triggered if I came up to the NPC''s small vicinity.

Can I give less stars than one? I plan on calling at 12pm tomorrow. Was charged for 12 shots when I only ordered 6. The first waitress stated her shift was almost over when taking our orders and as I saw her writing our orders on a NAPKIN I knew something could go wrong. I gave it time... we arrived at 530pm on Wednesday November 4th. I ordered 6 shots after our first round of drinks but before our food order came out. After our food arrived at the table I decided to check with the new waitress. " hey love, I think we are still waiting on 6 tequila shots" she replied with " did you already order them?" And I said " yes I did, I told the waitress that was leaving for the day to put them all on me check".... 30 minutes go by and we have a different waitress asking us how we are doing... again I state we are waiting on 6 tequila shots but I guess she puts this in as a SECOND ORDER of shots. I was charged for 12 shots of tequila when our table only got 6. The waitress that clocked out for the day stayed to drink at her own bar and said she swore she brought us shots. No manager would come to speak to me nor would let look over the footage on their camera to see how many shot were brought to our table. This whole experience was disrespectful and unlawful. I was told there was nothing more they could do for me, so they can consider my SIX EXTRA SHOTS as their tip. Hope someone reviews the cameras to see that their servers completed screwed my table over and...
