I bought a 2018 GMC from them for 10,926.. 3 days later the car would not start. I reached out and was told nothing is wrong with it that it was in the shop for 2 months so it could be the battery (which btw they told me they would do then proceeded to ignore my text messages.. I buy a new battery and still the car is hesitant. I was told they have been driving the car and it’s in perfect condition, that the car was worth 13,000. They won’t give me a refund so now me and my family are stuck with a broke down car my kids are walking to school and my husband is ubering to work. Since they won’t refund me and I’m not out 11,000 dollars I figure I could try to trade the car in so that me and my family have a vehicle. Everyone has offered me extremely lower money then what I paid for it. I’m very upset. I would NOT suggest doing business with them. Theyre scamming and selling lemons. I will be filing a complaint with the dmv and taking further action.
