Roza is AMAZING! I did the 90 minute facial massage and I am a new woman. She is so sweet and professional. She kept apologizing for her English but I thought it was great (maybe even better than some native English speakers I know lol). Her studio is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. She washed her hands at least four times that I saw before during and after so everything was very sanitary. The products she was using are clearly high quality and smelled good. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues so far. I am allergic to lavender and requested she not use the essential oil which she gladly did.
