This photo is the result of a terrible experience at this restaurant. Long story short. 2 friends on Vacation. I ordered pasta from the main menu, my cousin orders pasta from the daily specials. Both took our first bites. Both dishes were very salty. I ate mine because I was hungry, my cousin said he could only taste salt and nothing else, so he sent it back. The server asked him if he wanted something else, but since both Pasta’s were salty and he didn’t want anything else, he didn’t want to risk another salty pasta. He decided he would eat elsewhere. We asked for the bill. Imagine the shock when the returned pasta was on the bill. My cousin said, is this a joke? The server said “ you ordered it, so you have to pay” again my cousin said, you’re kidding me? He said we put a lot of stuff in the pasta, are you gonna be like that?my cousin said, both dishes were terrible but because we ate one, we will pay for it, if you bring a new bill with the proper price. He said no, you have to pay for both or I’m calling the Police. My cousin said, then call the Police, wrote his name and phone number on the bill and handed it to the server who claimed to be the owner. He also said I’ll be across the street having dinner, when the Police arrive have them come over or call me. The police showed up, walked over to us and told us that the owner claims that we asked for alterations to the meal, and that’s why we should pay. We quickly replied that there were no alterations, we ordered from the “specials” menu. The police asked if we were willing to pay for the food we consumed. We said of course, that’s what we wanted from the beginning. The police escorted my cousin back to pay and the ordeal was over. Just thought I’d share my experience. Dine here at...
Read moreI came here and honestly wished I went to Olive Garden. Our waitress was super kind, no complaints with her. The bread was like leftover thin pizza crust with some rosemary — sprinkled on top not even in the dough 💀💀💀💀💀. Like rosemary from Publix seasoning. Then we got the fried mozzarella which were fire bc how can u mess that up but it came with arugula and tomatoes and seriously they were grey and expired FOR SURE. whatever we persevere. Then we got our pastas, which like okay were not terrible but when we got Parmesan, it was the powdered stuff from like a dominoes. Why does Olive Garden have better cheese 💀. Someone said the chicken breast looked cut in half and I agree, but I would argue it might’ve been cut in thirds. The chicken made a noticeable noise when i dropped it on the table, like a chip. But whatever we look on the bright side even tho the pasta's taste was meh and the chicken was thin as hell, burned, and flavorless. However, then we got the tiramisu. that was my bad. should've known. it was sad looking and droopy with some strange hues (green?). the strawberries on the side …… were on the path to decay. leaves? grey. strawberry? mushy and old. they might've been fresh a month ago. but certainly not now. I wouldn’t usually review something mean but like half of the stuff was def expired and I am in shock. Maybe they are trying to save money but...
Read moreThey really need to do something about their staffing. There was only one waitress waiting on 8 tables. It took us 30 minutes to have our first interaction with our server. We ordered our drinks, waited about 20 more minutes just to receive half our waters. Another 10 minutes, the other half came out. Later while we were waiting for our food, the waitress realized then that she didn’t give us our bread. We waited another 45 mins for our four entrees and by the time our food came out, we wolfed it down so quickly because we were starving.
There was another table behind us that had been waiting for 30 minutes to be served but they left out of impatience. We stayed because we felt bad for the waitress but reading through the reviews, it seems like the extremely slow service is a common occurrence.
Maybe I would understand if the food was amazing but for the price point, the food wasn’t worth the money spent. If you’re looking for better pasta for a better price point and service, might as well just go to Olive Garden. If you’re looking for unappetizing pizza that looks like a newbie from a Domino’s kitchen made it, just go to Domino’s instead for the...
