I am a recurrent customer that goes there all the time because I am a nurse and work around the area, I was there in the afternoon during my lunch break with my coworker. Everything was fine other else than burnt steak. I go at night with my dog and my mother to get dinner for her…mind you, I been to chipotle more than 3 times with my dog and NOBODY has said anything not even the managers. Now all of a sudden “ Khristian “ Wants to yell out and be rude and say “ you can’t be in here “ instead of pulling me to the side or approaching it differently. He was going to refuse serving us because of my dog. He said it’s for “ health reasons” okay…let me start off by saying for a “ manager” he’s not consistent with his coworkers because this is a FIRST for me and his coworkers clearly doesn’t follow guidelines. And where’s the policy no animals allowed? Doesn’t say it on the door, or anywhere near. It’s a PUBLIC place, if I don’t see a sign I’m bringing my dog. You know how many times I found hair, or overcooked meat or avocado skins? Multiple. Never complained because I use to work for chipotle back then and I know this is a FIRST. He was rude and his coworker that was working the register agreed with me and thought it was incompetent. I’m very disappointed because once again, I come here often and the way I was treated was not acceptable. He was the only rude irrelevant one that was bothered for no reason and couldn’t even back up his reasoning just “ it’s health guidelines” show me and prove it. Then he made my mother pay for her food after that nasty encounter. I shouldn’t pay for anything after he was rude and not caring and was not upfront, he kept walking away and shrugging his shoulders. The reason why I gave it a 2 star was because the short girl with the twists at the front had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service EVER. I mean repulsive behavior. She was yelling at a group of people when we walked in, which I assumed she knew them but towards the end of their altercation I realised she didn’t and was talking rudely to other customers. It was 10:20 tonight and she was yelling at us as we were paying that at 10:59 we were to be out as the floors will be soapy. My brother asked for a drink cup and she snapped back at him “NO” then THREW the cup at him!!!! One of the staff proceeded to tell her to stop her attitude to which she yelled “I treat all these people like this what do you mean?!”. We felt too uncomfortable to sit inside with her yelling snark remarks so we chose to sit outside. She then came out while we were eating and folded a chair in which she told us “when y’all are done out here you better fold up these chairs and put them against the wall, I’m not joking” and then walked off to which I replied “sorry? That’s not our responsibility.” And she said VERY RUDELY “I am so serious I’m not playing with you”. This girl has a seriously horrible attitude problem. The person making the burrito asked if I prefer the regular steak or the carne asada looking at the menu in front of me there's no price difference so I asked which one they liked better. They said the carne asada so I said sure. I'll try that. Once I went to pay at the end, I realized that the bills seem kind of high. I paid the bill ask for my receipt. When I seen the receipt I seen that I was charged more than I was supposed to be. When I questioned it, they told me that the carne asada costed more. I did not see where it was posted saying anymore until after they argued with me and were very rude. I come in there all the time and I'm disgusted with the place now. The so-called manager on duty was one of the ones that were being rude to me as well as another lady there. No one has a name tag so I don't know their names. The one lady was the one that pointed out a small sign. Nowhere near where I was asked which mean that showed that the price was different and I wouldn't have seen it anyways while I'm placing the order or even as I'm walking around picking which toppings I'm going to because it's below my chest. I am very much upset with the experience that I had today. They do not care about their customers, not everybody. There was mean and rude.
