At first, when this Starbucks opened, I was impressed with the service. Then I started ordering ahead on my phone app, but each time I picked up my drink, it was missing the whipped cream, which I listed explicitly in my orders. Today in the drive-thru, I ordered a Matcha Green Tea Cream Frappuccino, I stated that I wanted it with coconut milk, no syrup but that I did want whipped cream. When I got to the window, I paid and then I had to wait a few minutes. The person at the window handed me a hot green tea latte. I stated that it was supposed to be a Matcha Green Tea Cream Frappuccino. He said sorry we'll remake it. I restated that I wanted it with coconut milk, no syrup but that I did want whipped cream. I watched as the person making it got out the coconut milk and then proceeded to make it with whole milk. I caught the attention of the person at the register and reiterated that I wanted coconut milk. The person making it threw out the milk, dunked my cup into the sink of water and then put coconut milk in, they went on to add the matcha green tea and then five pumps of syrup. I continually honked and did what I could to get the persons attention, by the time I did they were already blending the drink. When I told him I did not want any syrup, clearly irked, he threw that drink out and started again. This time they made it correctly, but without the whipped cream, when I pointed that out, again irked he added it, but a minimal amount. He was visibly frustrated and angry with me as the drink was shoved into my hand. When I actually got the drink, the cup with the whipped cream barely went to the top of the cup. (In the picture it looks like a lot of whipped cream but in reality the other side barely had any.) I was charged almost $7.00 for this drink because I used coconut milk. In reality, I didn’t use any syrup, so I probably saved them a bit of money, but I feel that I was completely ripped off! Paying almost $7.00 and not even getting a full cup! Read moreThis will be the last time I ever go to Starbucks. I was a regular customer, every morning would pass by to grab my breakfast and head to work but until today. I got tired of the fake voice the girl from the drive through be putting so early in the morning or every time she is there, and her lack of focusing when placing an order. Other than completely disregarding what I say and having to repeat my self, sometimes gives me the order incorrectly and waste more time fixing it, so I decided to express the discomfort with the supervisor and all she did was talk back to me and my friend ,give us attitude with her comments, facial and hand expressions, she made comments about third world countries because we clearly look like we come from other parts of the world and we don’t look like a white American like her, me and my friend took her comments as racism. Not just that but I asked for sugar and she handed them to me with such attitude and sarcastically apologized for the inconvenience clearly making fun of us like if her attitude and racist comments wasn’t enough already. Read moreI’ve been going to this Starbucks location for a long time now since it’s the closest to me. They are very nice and friendly however there is always the constant problem that my drinks aren’t made the way I ask for. This morning I stopped by the drive thru as I was headed off to work and notice that the drinks are full of ice (more than what a normal drink has of ice) and not meeting what I asked for meaning I’m not getting my money’s worth. It hasn’t been the first time it happens at this location. All other locations I’ve been to around the area I’ve never had an issue with. I just hope they can start paying more close attention on order requests since as a costumer using the drive thru, we can’t always have the time to pay attention to the details at that moment .
