If i could give it less then one star i would the thing is that i eat at burger king pretty regularly and this has to one of the worst experiences i've ever had not only was my order wrong but they gave me someone else order and even then they didn't get that order right. So i go in to get my actually order i get it then go home, After making it home (about a 10 min drive) to see they messed up the remake on my order still no cheese and they added lettuce so i have to drive back and get the order redone again i get back to the burger king and i ask to speak to the manager the manager comes up and ask me whats wrong i start to tell him but as im telling him the issue he keeps cutting me off and finally he ask me what my order was supposed to be i tell him and i clearly state that i want cheese on both my sandwiches and no lettuce they remake the order AGAIN! and still NO CHEESE! so i go to the manager and tell him they messed up again at this point i told him screw it i want my money back and that i was going to mc donalds from there he proceeds to tell me that it's my fault for not checking my order when it was given to me i was in the DRIVE THRU! and then i got upset at this and told him that i shouldn't have to check the order and that it his crews job to make sure it's done right from there one of the cooks in the back yelled A**HOLE! from the background that my son heard while there where other customers and small children in the store. Read moreif I could give a negative ten I would. March 1st, I had been waiting 5 minutes & asked since still waiting can I just add some shakes. They declined & told me to make the line again. I explain that it's been 5 minutes, they still haven't given my food & I'm still waiting, to please just add. Cashier said they were not allowed, which is not true & its been done before. When I asked for manager & I asked again, he told me the same, I told him nevermind but it's been done before & I still was waiting for my food. He then started yelling in Spanish to his employee that if they didn't see him next week is because he got suspended. I waited some more, if it wasn't because my husband like BK I would of left. As the cashier gave me my food she closed the window. I could of left but me being honest told her she didn't charge me. I would of left it at that but she rolled her eyes (seriously I'm paying you and you're going to roll your eyes), charged me & took the receipt & threw it away. I asked for a copy, she sigh and mumbled something & gave me a copy. When I got home, she had ripped the bottom where it had the store information and survey code. Now that pissed me off. If it wasn't because I stopped and got my shakes at Steak and Shakes (* 👍) and family was hungry, I would have gone back. She deliberately ripped the receipt bottom. Read moreThis location continues to fail in customer service and continues to gain bad reputation for the lack of training and knowledge on their employees on how to service their customers, first time using the app I choose drive through employee is rushing me I give her a code and ask her what’s the order before I proceed with the purchase I wanted to clarify on my deals that the company offer and I added to my cart, the employee gave me something totally different kept insisting for me to drive forward to help me with the app, I drove forward for her to tell me “I don’t control the app the app is on your phone I am not touching your phone” i added the items again in the cart on the app gave her a new code paid with Apple Pay still gives me the wrong order she looks clueless of what she’s doing in these escenario it’s better to contact your superior if you don’t know the answer. Comes with my order while she’s holding the order the bag falls on the ground inside the store she walks away from the window like she’s going to throw it away I hope she did and didn’t hand me food that touch the floor. Walked inside and spoke to the manager very nice person a bit lost but seems to understand to a certain point I hope.
