When i came to check on a car i had been interested in on there lot i met genesis she was very nice and helpful, didnt know to much about the cars on the lot but she was still very helpful, i ended up liking another car that had higher miles a really nice lexus she said they had just got it in, anyways long story short I did get this car in the meantime while I was waiting for paperwork I did ask her did they check this car mechanically she stated that they don't detail cars until they check out mechanically the car had already been detailed so anyways I get this car in the 10th the car then that following Sunday started an oil leak I took it to My a mechanic where I had it checked the oil leak was coming from the engine tubes I got those changed the battery was about to go out on it I got a new battery the two tires in the front had started to go into their tracks so I had to get new tires in the front I also got an alignment in an oil change because no one at this establishment knew when this car had gotten its oil changed all in all the first week I had this car I spent $800 my mechanic told me the last thing I needed was a radiator because the radiator had a leak and my Mechanic said take this car back to the people you bought it from and see if they will help you with a radiator as you have already spent so much money fixing it the first week I did this they worked with me and said if you just pay for the radiator will cover the service did this on a Saturday Sunday that week my car only driving one time started with all of these alarms I immediately stopped my car at my grandparents house and the mechanic at their shop did not clamp the tube to the radiator so in turn radiator fluid was being pumped out of my radiator all over my engine and the radiator overheat it intern broke water pump and possibly thermostat I told Orlando Auto Mall to please come and pick this car up the radiator was done wrong and the other parts that has now broken needs to be fixed they picked my car up and stated to my grandparents that they would fix it. That was last Monday I hadn't heard from them for an entire week so I decided to call them on Friday morning on my break and ask a status on my car when it would be ready their manager stated that I needed to pay $250 for water pump and that water pump has nothing to do with radiator, that they broke for them to fix I stated I would not be paying for any part that they broke intern not doing the radiator correctly he wanted to argue with me instead I have now had to seek legal action just to get them to fix something they broke on my car I will now have to have paid almost $1,200 in repair and I haven't even paid first month's payment. These are very nice people but don't spend your money there they will not help you if you pick a bad car and dont have them fic anything on your car unless you know how to check there work infront of them.. This was my first time buying from a buy here pay here and it will ve my last time, the saying is true "your dancing with the devil when you walk on there...

I ended up selling it to CarMax after more problems came up at 144k miles. I was fed up on having to spend more money to fix it. They offered me 1k for it in its condition -which was not running. They also told me that the mileage was wrong. I was informed that it was rolled back 2 years prior when it was at 157k miles. So I bought a car that was rolled back 50k miles (which is fraud) for $6000, spent $6000 on repairs, and sold it for $1k because it had more issues. So technically this stealership scammed me out of $11k that could have been used towards tuition or a reliable car from somewhere else.
Original review, 2016: Learn from my very expensive mistake and please do not buy from this dealership. Please. The car ad said "no problems at all". But within a week of owning the car I had to rebuild my transmission and replace every single motor and transmission mount. This cost me a little over $4,000 and would have cost twice the amount if I got the work done at my local dealership. I had to flush brake fluid as well as change brake pads as well. The rack and pinion, water pump, driver belt, thermostat, and a few more things will be changed next week. This will cost about $1000 for parts and labor IF you are lucky enough to find a mechanic that will charge you 300-400 for labor (would cost significantly more at dealership). There was no check engine light when I got it from the dealership but once I got it home my girlfriend's father checked for any codes and there were multiple codes that came up meaning the check engine light was reset before selling the car. I don't beat on my cars so there's no way I caused all these problems especially within the first week. The amount of money I have spent in repairs SO FAR is the same amount I spent to purchase the car itself.I had to withdraw from my school program and post pone it because I used tuition money for the repairs. The only thing I give them props for is how good of a detail job the car had when it was put up for sale. There's nothing I can do about this now since they don't offer warranty but I don't want anyone to make my idiotic mistake of trusting these people and taking their word that the car had no problems. Bring a mechanic if you really want to look at any car here or better yet spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Worst mistake in my life. Nothing but stress. Thanks, Orlando...

So after going from dealer to dealer I wasn't approved due to bad credit. I explained my situation they got me approved on a 2014 Nissan Altima I test drove it and it went smooth until 3 days later. (Which I have proof of it being 3 days) the transmission went on the vehicle they knew my situation and only had 3k down which was literally all I had. I asked for a refund due to just having the vehicle in a short time they refused and gave me 2 options either we replace the transmission or we can get you in another car in the same price range. I agreed because I was desperate and needed a car for work. They got me to test drive a 2013 Nissan Altima transmission was bad on it also and the brakes was horrible so I ended up taking a 2013 Hyundai sonata. I've had the Hyundai for about 5 days now and the check engine light is on the engine is shaking the brakes shake from the inside. Can't drive on the highway anything passed 65mph will cause the car to shake overall horrible car. They claim they have a mechanic but all of the vehicles they have that's older are pretty much used and bought from the auction they try to fix the problems but obviously cant fix it the right way. They took my money now I don't have any money. I lost my job because the car kept breaking down on me so it delayed me from getting to work on time. I've been in a second car in the past week. I have text and voice mails and proof of everything. They also pressure you into giving them a 5 star review that way they look good on their end LOL WHAT A JOKE. Lost 3k , 2 cars within a week , No job anymore and I'm sure my credit is going to go down even lower because I can't drive the car due to having issues. Will be leaving the vehicle on their property. Lost everything...
