I decided to go with regal nautique for my first boat purchase because of all the great reviews online and unfortunately it has probably been one of the WORST customer service situation I've had in a long time. First time I walked in Scott was my sales person and I told him my budget and things seemed like they were going to go great and smooth with my purchase. he told me he was going to demo a new boat for a client on Saturday and see the trade in that he had and said would be a great fit for me if it looked as good as the owner described. He told me he was giving him 11.5 for the trade and would be able to sell it to me for 13.5 which I thought was fair and he promised me a call and pictures on Saturday. wait all day Saturday with no call from Scott there closed on sundays I call in on Monday to find out Scott is not in the office and ask for him to call me back on Tuesday. I finally recieved a call Tuesday morning when I'm at work and he leaves a voicemail to call him back. I call 2 hours later when i get off work and the receptionist states hes busy on the phone but will call me right back. I wait all day with no call back and finally decide to call again before they close and speak with Scott who says yes I saw the boat on Saturday it was in great condition as described but now states that the boat will be 16.5 because of how great shape it was he had to "give" him more money for the trade. hard to believe since he told me that 11.5 was the discussed trade in price with the owner but whatever I ask if I can see it and he said that would not be a problem that tomorrow as long as the boat is not in service I could see it but guaranteed me a call in the morning to let me know if I can drop by or to send me pictures. I wait ALL day again waiting for a call back and nothing I decide to call them at 2pm and the receptionist says hes on the phone and will call me back and again wait all day and he still has not called me back I'm honestly tired of calling and calling and getting no where with Scott maybe since I told him I had a price max of 30k and I was not buying a 100k boat didnt really care to help me . They then pair me with Jason telling me hes the top salesmen in Florida or the "world" I dont know but we look at a used Yamaha that he said is in great shape and went through maintenance and all came back good but a speaker. so I schedule a demo for the next day at 3 and I get a call around 1 and he leaves me a voicemail that the boat needs new parts that somthing broke in the motor and it would be ordered and installed next week but he would give me a call back later today when he got back in the office to discuss a new demo day and options. NEVER got a call back AGAIN and I decided after everything that I would not be calling them and hounding them to give them my money. STAY AWAY unless your looking to spend 100k+
I drove out 50 minutes to BMC BOATS to see if I had better luck and they were amazing constant calls keeping me in the loop of my sale I strongly suggest BMC BOATS they treat you right regardless of the amount your looking to spend and now im the proud owner of a new 2019 Yamaha AR190 and I love it GO TO BMC BOATS you wont regret it !!
--- BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL BACK FROM REGAL HAHA...
Read moreAfter visiting multiple boat shows in Miami and FLL over 3 years, I finally found the perfect yacht with Nautique and Regal of Orlando at the Orlando Boat show. Even without showing an initial interest and just acting like another non-buyer at the show, Rufino made me and my family feel welcome and personally toured the boat with us. After I expressed initial interest, Rufino never pressured me into anything. He was different than other boat dealers I have dealt with. I even asked him how he compares to Azimut yachts. His response was very appropriate. He wasnt just selling me the boat, he was selling me on his confidence and the Regal brand. The way he did it, now that was intriguing. I did my homework and everything i learned led me to the decision that the Regal 36XO was perfect for our family. The 36XO 's performance is amazing! I compared it to the 38 and 42XO and the extra couple of feet is not worth the higher fuel burn rate when the 36XO checked every box we had for a yacht. Rufino took us on sea trails (well lake trails) and the yacht's performance far exceeded our expectations but there was an unfortunate and unexpected mishap at the end but from my perspective it was ultimately a test to Regal's support and the Regal brand. Something will always happen, before or after you buy so i wasnt upset but I could have totally walked away from the deal if i was looking for an excuse to get out. But i was a serious buyer and Rufino kept me up to date multiple times a day until closing. My previous experience was with a 24' single inboard motor so this was a big step up for me. Rufino took us out and trained us on the boat from launching, retrieving, starting, shutting down, reserving a transient slip, going in and out of the slip, going in and out of a lock, what to do and what not to do, what can be damaged and who to contact for different warranty items, and even how to clean to boat after we used and even grilled on it. Rufino is super humble, real, and supportive and ultimately that is also the same for Nautique and Regal of Orlando. Thank you for putting our yacht search to a stop and helping us get into the water and begin a new chapter of...
Read moreI used to pass Regal and Nautique of Orlando on my way to work every morning. I would see those shiny new boats just sitting in the parking lot. Waiting for an owner. Waiting to be taken to the lake for weekends of fun.
Three weeks ago I Finally pulled the trigger on a brand new Nautique Super Air 210. I couldn’t be happier. You will not find a higher quality tow sports boat on the market. Every detail on that boat has been passionately designed and perfected. What a boat. The Current technology in modern Tow Sports boats is something to behold. Especially on the Nautiques. “PUSH BUTTON FOR BIG FUN”.
The experience of buying the boat at regal and Nautique of Orlando was of equal quality. My sales pro, Scott Kreidler, patiently took me through the fine details of each model and help me settle on the one I purchased. Which was the perfect model for me. The final lake test with Scott and my two sons Was a blast.. Never pushy. Never salesy. Just extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up the boat with my son, the entire staff made me feel like The newest member of the nautique family.
The service department is of equal quality. The service manager Mike took time to explain that under the hood of the Nautique there is equal beauty and awesomeness. I appreciate well-made things and have an affinity for good mechanicals but candidly I hope my time with Mike is limited. Ha ha. But all toys break and when they do I know the service department has my back. Good to know.
Thank you to the entire team. You do have another happy owner out there. To all the rest of you… What are you waiting for? Take one of those babies home for yourselves and start working on your toe side 360s. Life is short. My kids won’t want to hang out with me forever. But having a Nautique 210 In the toy stable will certainly extend my time for sure.
See you...
