A lovely and magical place. The luxury and the lights make this place incredible. Listen to the old and new songs and watch the video clip is also. The service is great. The food is excellent. The DJ has great taste. The bar has a lot of options the drinks. The Menu is spectacular. The Guy Fieri sandwich OMG is incredible. Bacon and macaroni cheese are so tasty. The location is perfect for Disney Springs. The service is great. Wonderful place.

I had great food here; I got the burger. The one thing I could complain about Planet Hollywood is that I disliked the cheese on the burger, but that could easily be replaced. What I really enjoyed is that my friend has celiac, and they came back to assure us that everything would be 100% gluten-free. Then a squirrel cam and said hi, I named him Polton.

This place was delicious! I went with my boyfriend and we were completely satisfied with the service and quality of food. It’s a bit higher priced than other restaurants I’ve been to in Orlando, but it’s worth it! I would recommend the nachos grande, it was extremely huge and tasty. Thanks for a great experience :)

Food and drinksWe were treated like animals by Vivi Shrek the Supervisor of the adult pool scene . We complained but no one helped us. Ms.Vivi said we were cut from the bar with out explaining or introducing her self. We are very offended and disappointed by the service. Ms.Vivi needs to be trained in customer service. We have not been given an apology of any kind. Stay away from the adult scene pool Ms.Vivi is a racist and very disrespectful employee. The bartenders laughed saying she was mad because her work lover/ boy friend was fired the same day. I will never return to this...
