Horrible experience here today. I usually eat here at least three times a month. I come in on Saturdays and get pretty much the same thing. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces, especially Benz He’s really great. I usually get the lunch duo with the Bolognese spaghetti and the Thai crunch salad. Another person waited on me that I don’t really know. The food was all right. It’s just that when I got the bill I was charged extra for my sauce which I Have never paid for before. I told the server that in the general manager came over his name is Todd. I cannot believe this guy is the GM at this location. He was rude and not even hospitable. He pretty much told me that that was the policy I had to pay for the extra sauce keep in mind I was never told about the sauce nor have I ever paid before. I told him I would not be back again that he’s gonna lose a customer over $1.50 . He said he didn’t care. Keep in mind I was not rude and he sees me in there all the time. Totally totally disappointed and also the restaurant was pretty much empty so it’s not like they don’t need the business. I will definitely be reaching out to the corporate office about this experience and how I was treated . I’m in the restaurant hospitality business, and would never ever treat one of my customers that way . There were two customers right beside me at another table and they could not believe that he didn’t care. They said they would never be back as well that the food was horrible. Shame on you, GM Todd, and California pizza kitchen for putting up...

Subject: ADA Violation – Service Dog Denied Access at California Pizza Kitchen (Mall at Millenia)
Dear California Pizza Kitchen Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your Mall at Millenia location involving a violation of the ADA’s service dog regulations.
On Dec, 2025, I visited this location with my service dog, who is fully trained to assist me with my disability. Despite being protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the manager on duty, Todd, refused to accommodate my service dog properly and made the experience unnecessarily difficult.
Issues Encountered: • Todd, the manager questioned me beyond the two ADA-allowed questions & refused service. • Todd, was rude, dismissive • There were other customers who reacted & this situation which caused me great embarrassment, distress, or inconvenience.
Today I came back after four months, because I love the cauliflower carne asada pizza. To my dismay, there was a customer with a dog allowed entry.
Requested Resolution:
I would appreciate a formal response explaining how this issue will...
