Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Orlando

As a Johny Rockets' previous employee myself (Northbrook, IL) I wouldn't have EVER treat a costumer the way these people treated me, and a long line of costumers today. Johny Rockets have always had the goal of making costumers feel welcome, at home, to enjoy not only the delicious food but a friendly atmosphere, that is certainly NOT what we received. There was this "kid" who literary welcomed us with, "you cannot seat, we are closing in 30 minutes, if you want you can take the food to go". I was a bit surprised since that is NOT the way we are trainned to greet clients. I was hungry so I decided to wait to order and take the food to go, the kid then ignored us and then came back and sang to my face "I'm sorryyyy we can't serveeee you" and walked away while the rest of the employees who were there just laughed. I wanted to tell him that I was an employee of Johny Rockets myself and that what he did was just wrong but my husband told me just to go eat somewhere else. It is sad how disrespectful some kids are and that just gives a bad reputation to such a good...

Worst dining experience in a while.

The service was less than one star. Everything communicated with the server needed to be repeated at least 3 times, and still was not done properly. The bill was charged incorrectly. The food was mediocre.

We asked for extra plates for the kids to share appetizers 3 times. We ended up using a pile of napkins we pulled out of the dispenser as plates because they never came.

The chicken wings came with no sauce on them, just the instruction to add the sauce to them myself with the small cup of sauce.

The food was ok. Pretty much what was expected. There was none of the singing or dancing Johnny Rockets is famous for, they didn't have the cheap paper hats for the kids. It just wasn't worth the $95 they tried to charge us before we caught their mistakes and had them fix the bill to $75 (because it was charged incorrectly) nor was it worth $75.

Saw this place while visiting the mall at millennia. Walked in, noticed only three tables tables Had customers being served. There were two servers at the time. Order a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The open kitchen allowed me to view the cook preparing the burgers. First thing I noticed was the cook pressing the juice out the burgers. I then noticed the cook covered the burgers, which traps moisture, causing the burgers to steam and get a delicious char. The burger was dressed nicely and the fries were hot. The shakes was decent. The service was horrible. Both servers were more interested in their phones, than the customers in the restaurant. I finished my meal and waited about 10 min before I had interrupt the servers from the phone (three feet away) for my check. Nice establishment, food ok, service terrible. Horrible experience for a $30.00 price. Now, I see why only three tables were seated. Save your money, plenty of other options at the mall...
