ONYX NAILS — Local services in Orlando

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Now normally I have no issues when I come to this salon, but the workers have been changing more frequently. Two days ago me and my boyfriend went, we asked for 2 pedicures, manicure and I requested my eyebrows to be waxed.

Two Hispanic women who I’ve never seen before worked on both of us, super unprofessional. Every minute they got up to grab their phones to talk to someone via FaceTime, never came back and washed their hands from touching other surfaces, the one with glasses literally cut my boyfriends cuticles on his toe and painted his toe a baby pink instead of clear polish, didn’t even ask if that was okay..

THEN the lady working on me constantly on her phone as well, shaped my nails uneven, but this is the worse part she literally burned under my eye while waxing me! It’s almost like they had no experience and we were their first clients ever. When I finished and went to pay the lady literally asked how much am I tipping her and the other Hispanic lady, as if tipping is mandatory. I’ve never seen such service like this in my years of getting my nails done. Definitely won’t be returning...

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL Completely skipped over me and my gf , theyre speaking Spanish communicating and decided to service a walk in or an “appt” that was late while my gf feet was already in the water on her BIRTHDAY WEEKEND smh

I usually do my pedicure in this place. But the last two times I came in I had a horrible experience‼️ walked in and ask for a pedicure and a young girl said she has a client in 15 minutes and that she could do mines real quick ( I said no! I don’t want a quick service) mind you two people/ workers were sitting down staring at me. The women that decided to do my pedicure she did it in less then 20 minutes 🙄🙄 I felt like she didn’t wanna do my feet. She had a horrible attitude since I walked in.
