Sakura Massage — Local services in Orlando

Thursday I visited this spa after visiting several in the Orlando area and being disappointed with the constant asking about a tip even before any services began. I explained to the therapist that I had bad experiences a little while prior to finding them. I ask for a 90 min massage and therapist said that fine I paid her then I changed my mind and paid $80 for an hour massage and she charged $20 for the table shower, because I didn’t want the time included with the massage. In Orlando many do the massages come with a table shower, this included in your one hour time frame. I want the massage to be a full hour and the therapist understood. The table shower was quick (too fast) not even 10 min😩. It also was not thorough. The therapist ask me to stop out if the room into the cold to towel off. I told her it was cold she said it was ok. Before the massage began I set a timer and reminded her that my massage was for an hour. After 5 min she says she can’t do an hour she can only do thirty minutes. I was like how is that earlier I asked for a 90 min and you took my money and was about to proceed. She said oh she can’t do an hour because they close at 11. I have visited spas that stay until whatever time to service the customer. She took my money so she agreed to the hour. Here is what they are doing. They take my money for an hour knowing they inky plan to do 30 min. A 30 min massage is $50 and hour massage is $80 obviously it’s a better value for the hour. Then she asked me about a tip? Really I told her I was going to give her 20%. She gave me back $30. Keep in mind I spend $70 for a total of 35 including table shower. I am providing these details so that anyone that visits this do the following: 1 confirm closing time ensure there is enough time for your service to be competed before paying. If paying extra for table shower confirm how long service should last e.g. 10 mins $20 Finally stay away from massage locations in and around Orlando Flo. I visited 8 of them none of them know how to truly massage, they all just focus on getting money out of you before any services are performed. If the can scam it out of you while doing as little work as possible.

Avoid this place like Covid, so you won’t feel sick after wasting your money.

Paid for me and my girlfriend to get a 1 hour massage each. Front desk lady took us into the room then told us there is going to be a wait for the man to come and help. We would’ve preferred to know this before hand. My girlfriend got a rub at best. The lady doing it could not be bothered and only done half the massage, kept leaving the room for whatever reason every 5 mins. I think at best she got 40 mins of the 1 hour massage and that’s without all the breaks. I had to wait 15/20 mins for the man to turn up who actually seemed to know what he was doing but again I definitely didn’t receive the whole 1 hour I paid for.

At the end the front desk lady demanded a tip and I left $30 to which she tried to shout at me for and wanted more. I was about to tell her the service was poor before the guy working with her told us that’s fine and they began to argue.

Really wish we read these reviews prior so we could’ve avoided wasting our time and money.

Nothing like the photos. They are stock photos. My husband and I received massages. The whole experience was unusual it felt like. What was suppose to be a nice and relaxing couples massage turned into separate rooms because we were told “that it would be a better massage because they could do back walking”. My husband had the back walking technique done but my masseuse did not do it. First you had to pay upfront with tip, we paid for an hour worth and only got 45 minutes then they rushed you out. My husband and I had to undress for the massage and he said he had the towel over his body for maybe 10% of the time. They didn’t knock when coming into the room which made me feel uncomfortable when dressing/undressing.
