This store gave me nothing but problems. Prices were great and merchandise was great but no one seemed to care that worked there that I was charged 33 dollars for a 3 dollar bumper sticker. The woman at the desk told me I would be refunded 24-48 hours. I was charged for 3 dollars and 33 dollars. Everytime I tried calling the store I got hung up before I can speak or there was no answer whatsoever. It took them over a month to get refunded back after my bank had to contact them. The lady who "helped" at the register didn't seem like she cared and proceeded to put her phone to my face (she was video chatting with someone who worked there supposedly) and tell me she can't credit my account at this time and to wait 2 days. I waited a week and still nothing. Now they decided last minute to refund me after the bank credited my account so I still somehow owe them. Very unprofessional and would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can otherwise you're going...

Absolutely the worst gift shopping experience ever. The products were terrible quality and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The lady running the shop that day didn’t know the prices of the products and had to keep running out from behind the counter to get the prices. Then, after doing all that work, proceeded to tell me that it was cash only. I had a $50 bill with a small tear and she said she wouldn’t take it, then tried to tape it, ran it through the counterfeit machine (which it passed) and still said she wouldn’t take the $50. Probably a good thing I didn’t buy anything I didn’t...

I was very lucky to find this store! You would think a majority of stores would sell FL trinkets...but no! I drove an hour to this store to get very last minute souvenirs for some friends going back home to different states. There were so many cute things to pick from! Magnets, postcards, shirts, cups, snow globes, jewelry...etc I decided on the key chains! That took the most time, deciding which 5 I wanted😅 I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 names I needed! I would return to and recommend this...
