Scan Design — Local services in Orlando

We are building a new home in The Villages after four years of full-time RV travel. We need furniture! I think we visited every furniture store in Orlando before visiting Scan Design on Kirkman. I guess we saved the best for last.

On our first visit to the store we were greeted warmly by Sean Arnould, a pleasant staff member who introduced himself and let us know he’s nearby with any questions we may have.

After walking around the massive store - it takes a while - Sean stopped by and asked if we needed anything.

We mentioned our new home, our need for furniture and he shared they offer a complimentary design service. Music to our ears!

Three store visits and 10+ hours later with Sean we decided to buy furniture for our living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen island. Everything we purchased was thoughtfully pieced together, with Sean’s patience and guidance, to create a look and feel we can be proud of for years to come.

We never once felt sales pressure of any kind from Sean. He was the ultimate guide on the side, helping us through dozens of decisions.

We are grateful for Sean’s patience, friendly demeanor and professionalism throughout the entire sales process.

Scan design in Orlando is delightful place for furniture. Tasteful and great quality. The store Manager Gaby is just amazing she is super helpful and makes everyone feel welcome. She assigned me the best designer Marcella who albeit new to the place is by no means a novice. She is a fantastic designer with very good ideas and able to recognize her clients taste and needs. My husband and I are new to Orlando she made us feel welcome and spent time walking us around the store and getting to know us. She is not pushy and lets the customer decide what they want. She soon became a friend. She takes utmost care and pride in her work. Is detail oriented and meticulous. I have not had such a wonderful experience before and I highly recommend her to others. FIVE STAR Rating for Scan Design in Orlando and FIVE STAR to our Sales Rep Ivette Del Castillo. We walked into the store about 18 months ago and saw various items of interest. One certain item I had a strong interest in and was $2.5K - a little over budget. At that time we met Ivette who was very professional and wanted to help. Upon our second trip trip there she know I wanted the wall art that was one of a kind. Over many months she kept e-mailing me about some price drops. Than came last Dec. and she sent me a message about a half off sale. I purchased and she had the wall art delivered to me.
