I’ve been shopping at this Winn-Dixie for years! I’m such a longtime local that I still remember when there used to be a movie theater in this same plaza! Over the years, I’ve seen many employees come and go, but Millie truly stands out. Every single time I visit, she’s working her absolute hardest in the bakery. She’s always on the move, making sure everything looks perfect and it really does. The bread, cookies, and pies are always fresh, like they were baked that morning. What truly stands out is her kindness and energy. No matter how busy she is, she always looks up with a big smile, greets me warmly, and asks how my day is going. That kind of genuine customer care is rare and makes such a lasting impression.

It amazes me that she’s often the only person I ever see thats working in that department, yet she manages to keep it running so smoothly and beautifully. The entire bakery looks fantastic, and her customer service is second to none. It’s incredible how one person can have such a positive impact on both the appearance of a department and the experience of every customer who walks by.

It’s employees like Millie who make loyal customers like me keep coming back year after year. I’m genuinely grateful for her hard work, her pride in what she does, and the joy she brings to everyone around her. ** Have to change my 5 star rating from 9 months ago to a two star. I have to keep it honest and real. While the location provides clean and easy shopping, customer service needs improving. It never fails with the poor attitude from the 2 older women working the first register and the customer service desk. And I'm not sure if this one middle aged woman still works at the register; but she was very selective on how she treated customers. I DO pay attention very closely when deciding on if I should continue to spend my hard earned money in an establishment. 2-5-22

Previously: Clean, peaceful, easy to shop. A couple of the stockers are annoyed when you ask for help, but they will help you. Decent prices. Always have sales. It's a small store and it's only one location. So people should understand that things run out of stock quickly. Can't expect them to magically replenish items. Things have to be ordered and delivered. And there are hundreds of other stores trying to stock the same item. People have to realize that food has to be grown and prepared, then distributed evenly throughout the country. So we shouldn't look for small things to complain about. I recently visited the bakery department and I must say the customer service from Millie exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, she was very attentive, friendly, and eager to help.

One thing I Immediately noticed as well was how well-organized and clean the bakery was. It made browsing the assortment of fresh bread, pastries, and cakes a pleasant experience. when I asked for recommendations, she was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions based on what I was looking for. She clearly knows her products inside and out, which is always a PLUS!

I had specific dietary restrictions, and the she was incredibly accommodating. She was patient with answering all my questions regarding ingredients and even offered to customize certain items to meet my needs, which I deeply appreciated. It made me feel like a valued customer, rather than just another transaction.

Another highlight of the experience was the speed of service. Even though she seemed busy she remained efficient without compromising the quality of her interaction.
