What a great find! My husband found some furniture posted for sale online, and it led to this little gem of a store. The owner, Susan, is such a sweet, fun, person. She has an interesting back story, and her thoughtfulness and intention is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. The store is full of fun vintage finds, funky art, awesome furniture, interesting conversations, and great people. The concept of sip & shop makes the store a great place to hang out even when you’re not in the market for something specific. Beer, Wine, and other refreshments make it a cozy and comfortable place to sit and relax or, you guessed it, sip and shop! She’s got a kids corner for the little ones to play in, and welcomes everyone with a smile. Do yourself a favor and wander in sometime. You won’t regret it. Walked in was greeted by the girl at the desk. She was being flirted with heavily by a creepy old man, you could tell she was not comfortable which made me uncomfortable. Looked around cute things. Okay prices. However most things had no prices!! Several items had random color post it notes. I had to try to interrupt the creepy old man in order to ask if they meant something and if the items didn’t have prices if they could be priced. She had no idea what I was talking about so I had to physically show her. She was highly confused and then realized they had post it’s cuz the items didn’t have prices. Such a lovely shop! It was my first time visiting and I found it to be refreshing how relaxed the vibe is for a vintage/antique store. Everyone In the store was incredibly friendly and informative. I really enjoyed the fact that you can pick up pieces you are looking at, and interact with the furniture in the store unlike most shops that have strict policies.
