Update 8/29/25 from a first time resident after 4 months now:
I have been impressed on multiple occasions now with the efficiency and response time from maintenance and the front office team. Our dishwasher had just broke down on us a day or 2 ago and they just came in today and replaced the whole thing. Last month or so I was locked out of my apartment through no one’s fault but my own and they were prepared to do anything to get me back in. Thank you Eric and Dakota for always being there to help me when I need you and for your competent maintenance team. On another note, I have had no issues with neighbors or anything regarding the outside of the building we’re in such as homeless or dangerous individuals, or even anything like trash, it’s very clean, quiet and neighbors for the most part are friendly. Again, this is probably a lot to do with the luck of where my unit is located so I can’t speak for other units.
One last time, THANK YOU to the front office and maintenance team. You take great care of us and are always there if we need you and our requests go answered within the same week ❤️
It has been almost a month since moving in with my boyfriend here. The apartment viewing process was smooth and easy with very pleasant and friendly people like Samantha and Dakota to help with the process. The viewing, the application process and the lease signing were all done in a timely manner. I would also like to thank them for accommodating a later move in date and holding the unit for us for almost a month as it fit our situation perfectly. Ran into a few issues here and there like my keys/lock on our front door not working well and Dakota made sure to have someone fix it the very next day on a weekend no less. There of course were a few maintenance issues I needed addressed, while I submitted them in a timely manner within a week of moving in, it did take a few weeks to complete but like I said, we've been here a little less than a month and all of them are now completed, save for 1 issue that is still pending due to parts being ordered. The turn around wasn't terrible, and is understandable given the large complex and the issues that maintenance no doubt have their hands full with. I had submitted a few online and some in person with Eric who was also very friendly and accommodating and assured me that our happiness here is a priority to them which I absolutely believe. I did have to reach out once to check on their status and I was met with an email from Dakota who gave me an updated ETA that was accurate for the most part and just very much appreciated for the communication. As for the apartment itself, we are in love with it. The apartment we viewed at first was missing a few things but then Samantha showed us another unit not too far off from our budget that was even better and my boyfriend and I could not say no. We are very happy with the unit and the location in general, though that is subjective based on our preferences and maybe just sheer luck. Over all, we are very happy with every step of this process minus a few hiccups here and there, though Samantha, Eric and Dakota made the experience 5 stars. Thank you to everyone at the leasing office for helping us find...
Read moreMy husband and I lived here for a year and it was way to long for us to stay. There’s a lot of problems with this place I don’t know where to begin.
The first problem we had was the parking lot. There’s no sidewalks and of course there’s a lot of pedestrians walking around the side of the road trying to either go take there dogs out, take the trash out or exercising. The pets and pedestrians have to share the parking lot because management had the brilliant idea to put parking spaces on the street so it makes it very hard to squeeze through the spaces because of it. Some drivers even drive very fast and have almost hit pedestrians because there’s so many blind spots. I have told management about the problem but they don’t seem to worry about it.
Second problem I had with this place was management and there delivery policy. When we moved in we were told they will let us know if a package arrived for us through text message only because that’s what I signed up for. They even gave us a tag to let them know we received the package through them for liability purposes. They stopped notifying me and when I would go pick up my package they would give me attitude when I tell them that I haven’t received any notifications from them at all for months.
Management doesn’t seem to know what the hell they are doing either. Nobody communicates with each other. We moved out May 2019 and they didn’t seem to know what else they needed from us.
OVPD (Oro Valley Police Department) is ALWAYS here. For either domestic violence or drug related issues. But yet when someone comes back the apartment management doesn’t seem to evict them or anything. Mostly everyone has a criminal record and they still live there.
Maintenance is always rude and disrespectful. They are the type of people who think they know everything and are very pretentious. Whenever we ask for there help they talk to us like we don’t know anything. They are very impatient.
Every resident has a pet and they don’t pick up after themselves. There is poop everywhere. I’ve had to throw away shoes because of it.
Everything in the apartment is made from cheap hardware. Everything breaks. The AC unit breaks every month. The maintenance crew is always saying they put antifreeze in it, which means that it’s very broken.
And the last complaint is: When my husband and I moved into the apartment we were promised that my husband was gonna get a discount because he’s a first responder. They did the whole process and he got approved for the discount. One month later the manager came up to my husband and told him that the person who approved the discount wasn’t supposed to give my husband the discount because he isn’t a true first responder. He’s a 911 Dispatcher. He is a true first responder. They gave us the discount anyway. But apparently people don’t know how dispatchers work. I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex to anybody. I discourage you from coming here and taking a look at them. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the worst apartment complex I have...
Read moreI am currently living here, and have lived here for the past five years. Since that time they have raise the rent every year even during the pandemic I had just gotten my renewal lease and they want to add on 150 more dollars to my already high rent. If I agree, then I will be paying $1320 for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment, they have not replaced any of the appliances that look like they are from the 90s. I recommend that nobody rent here because it is clear that the new owners are gentrifying the entire complex a.k.a. get rid of the riffraff so we can move in wealthier tenants. The office manager Rosa is an incompetent, heartless that told me and my wife that if we didn’t like it, we didn’t have to live here… I told her I don’t get a raise every year, but why do you raise the rent and she told us our shareholders and property managers have every right to do what they want including raising the rent. This is a woman who does not have empathy or compassion for lower income people, do not rent here they do not care about anybody’s Socio economic status and will leave you homeless just to make a profit. Hello again, This is an update on the continued gentrification of this apartment complex by the new owners. Since spaghetti our new rent bill, it has fluctuated in price and is no longer a flat rate we are all used to. Not only do we pay for water and trash but we are also build a second electricity bill for the common areas(Walkway, lights, office, lights, and outside building lights) around the complex. I tried to reach out to the property manager, the office manager and the third-party company that took over billing, but have not received any response or explanation on why the tenant has to pay for The properties, electricity. In my opinion, this seems like another way for the shareholders and lenders(I got pictures of lenders scoping out the units) in the buildings to profit more and more from their tenants. I have neighbors that have lived here for over 15 years and cannot afford to stay here because of their age and socioeconomic status. It is truly heartbreaking to see these elderly women suffer just to survive. I live in one bedroom one bathroom I originally paid about eight to $900. When I first moved in now I’m paying almost 1300 Three years later. I never got raises in my shitty job, but rent in the quality of life put us in a place where we don’t know if we’re gonna have a home next year…. And struggle with depression and anxiety day in and day out Of this place, and how much I have to set aside just to live.
Saturday, August 30, 2024 We pay over every month for the past year and a half. Today I went in to pay rent and was told that we owe an extra $5.51. I asked her how can that be since we pay a little over every month? She says She doesn’t have all the information because the manager will be out until the second….im so glad I’m finally moving away from this Play some...
